We really enjoyed our stay at Martha's house. The property is impeccably maintained, with excellent quality furniture and all the facilities - bathrooms, kitchen, pool - in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet natural setting, ideal for resting, and the weather was very pleasant during our visit. In addition, for an additional cost, a lady assisted us with some cooking issues and was incredibly kind to everyone; her help made us feel even more comfortable and well cared for. I definitely recommend this place to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

A simply beautiful place is located in a group of colonial houses where you can breathe peace, tranquility and harmony, a real rest. The house is very organized, very nice, a pleasant stay. The house has everything you need for a healthy stay. The host was very attentive to each of the concerns that arose. A delightful climate where the day is hot and the night is very cool. The house does not need fans or air conditioning as it is not necessary. The complex's wet areas are spectacular comfortable spaces and the security and logistics staff of the complex are very friendly at all times, as are the other residents. Really a comfortable place worth visiting and enjoying. Curiti is a very beautiful little town full of tourists and commerce, a lot to discover. Finally, the complex is located in a very strategic place full of nature from where you can see the church of Curiti and the small town.

It is located in a beautiful new development, with a lovely pool and views of the town, within walking distance to the main park in Curití. Highly recommended.

The house is shared with the owners, the host does not live in the house but communication at home is taken with the owners. Although it is spacious and has separate rooms with bathrooms, the pictures do not match the current state of the house, the kitchen is smaller than it looks, and the inner courtyard is also smaller. In front of the house it is difficult to park because it is always full of cars and motorcycles at all times. Sometimes you hear a lot of noise from the top floor and the house next door, as there is a restaurant. Kitchen has little kitchen to cook, just the basics. In general, it works for overnight stays.
