Thank you Eva for a lovely stay. The instructions both for the apartment and parking were super clear and really helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and so comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Eva was always very responsive and gave us all the instructions in advance so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment or staying again. We didn't use public transport but it was walkable into the centre of Ljubljana, taking between 15-25mins depending on which part you're heading to.

The place is very nice, modern, a kitchen complete with everything, the owner Maja is always kind, the sauna area is very nice for a romantic break, a jacuzzi is also great for 4 , sauna idem. Super Super Super

Very good hospitality from Barbara. Clean and well-equipped apartment. The location is pretty good (close to public transport). Barbara is very responsive and accommodating. Before we arrived she gave us all the important information to know. I highly recommend it!

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

We loved staying in this apartment. It was very spacious, in a great location, quiet and easy to walk to city centre, supermarkets and restaurants. We were able to walk there from the train and bus station (about 25 mins). The kitchen was wonderful- very well equipped and plenty of space to cook. Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful city. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay of 9 days with Darija in Bale. We were very kindly welcomed by her husband. Darija gave us more tips and visited us later in the week with a nice baking that her mother made. Apartment is complete, everything looks like new. There was a problem with the pool she thought with in solutions. Luckily made again after 2 days. Nice garden. Parking space next to the stairs of the apartment. Bale is a lovely village with delicious restaurants. Furthermore, all the sights can be reached within 15 to 30 minutes.

If you are looking for the most amazing place to stay in Venice, look no further! The flat is immaculate, beautifully decorated, fully functional, with great beds, showers, kitchen and at a great location. It’s absolutely perfect! Dimitri was a fantastic host who replied very swiftly to all messages and offered great recommendations for restaurants and booking our water taxis. The gym is a great asset. We all made great use of it as it has everything one might need. Overall a superb experience! Thank you so much for making our stay in Venice a memorable one!

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Close to the beach and the small town. It's a bit uphill on the way home, but you can do it. We'd come back any time. Sincerely, Susanne and Johannes.

Fantastic stay - we loved it! The apartment is in a perfect, walkable location and beautifully done throughout. It’s not your typical Airbnb with budget finishes; everything here feels high quality, from the materials to the comfortable beds and pillows. You can tell real care went into making the space welcoming and stylish. The host was also incredibly helpful with thoughtful local recommendations… just wish we had more time to explore them all. We’d absolutely return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean & as shown in the pictures. Good location to explore the towns around. Check in was easy & well communicated.

Paolo was incredibly genuine and thoughtful. Not only did he meet us at the pier to ensure we wouldn’t get lost, but he also checked in when we arrived at the airport to make sure we knew how to buy ferry tickets and other essentials. He provided fantastic local tips, from restaurant recommendations to nearby island attractions, and even guided us on where to shop for groceries so we could cook at home. The accommodation was about an 8-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square—close enough to enjoy the sights but far enough to offer a peaceful, local atmosphere. Initially, we were unsure about the lack of a traditional living room, but the large dining table became a cozy gathering spot for our family, fostering even more quality time. The space was also very generous, allowing our family of four to unpack comfortably and truly settle in. This stay felt like a perfect home base for exploring Venice.

Ronja was always available and took care of it quickly. For example, the light in the bathroom was broken, she changed it. A blind didn't let down, again she took care of repair quickly. Upon request, we got a toaster and economy peeler. The hot tub didn't seem to be ready to use yet. The stovetops are sufficient, but the touchpad no longer responds well, also the oven takes a long time to heat up. The house was very nice. The view, fantastic, especially in the evening, as the mountains slowly disappear in the dark, very nice panorama. The garden is also very large and offers a lot of opportunity to move around. Our kids had a lot of fun. He also offered beautiful hiding places for the Easter nests. Ronja was very attentive and prepared 5 Easter nests for our children.

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Absolutely amazing place, the location is really beautiful. The house has everything you need, spotless and SO clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is big and really good water pressure. The bedroom is big and the mattress is amazing! Plus it has a fitness area. It has a beautiful garden as part of the house to relax and disconnect. But this is just the house, the host is what makes the place a true top stay with an unbeatable welcome treat, and a very welcoming attitude! 100% we are coming back! Thank you so much!

A beautiful house in which nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick answers and helpful tips!

Host was super nice. Always ready to provide information or assistance. There were good tips on excursions, restaurants, and attractions . to welcome you a nice plate with ham and cheese, wine and bread. The property is ideal to live in with dogs, a small market within walking distance. All in all a good place to relax perfectly

we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.
