the apartment was comfortable and spacious. the bedrooms and two bathrooms are good size and were clean and uncluttered. the kitchen was well equipped but compact and lack surface space for cooking.

I had a great time in Lisbon:) The place was charming, perfect for a solo visitor like myself, and professionally ran with clear instructions and lots of amenities. Catarina & co. were warm and friendly; they were kind enough to look after me when there was an issue with the door (nobodies fault!) and made me feel welcome. It is easy and cheap to get around thanks to the metro stop nearby. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get into town, but it is good preperation for the streets of Alfama :') The neighbourhood is fairly chill, with some lovely parks and good resteraunts, Café do Paço (which I found thanks to the guidebook!) just around the corner was my personal favourite.

Ideally located in Alfama, close to the Pantheon. I would recommend this apartment which is very practical and Aninhas was very helpful!

A nice stay 10 min walk from the city center. Jesse's apartment is a clear recommendation.

We had an amazing stay here, the apartment was stunning, spacious and spotless. Luis met us outside and made us feel very welcome when we arrived, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Amazing views from the apartment, would 100% stay again and recommend!!

Graca is not your typical tourist area. We found some good restaurants nearby. It’s easy to find your way into the centre. It is hilly and good for parking if you have a hire car.

We had a great time at Bertina's place. She is very welcoming; she met us when we arrived and made sure we had all the necessary information and were comfortable. She also responded very quickly to questions. We loved the neighbourhood and Bertina's place; it is small, but thoughtfully furnished and equipped and it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Maria José personally welcomed us and explained everything wonderfully. The apartment is super centrally located in the Alfama and is still very quiet. The view of the Tagus is great. The apartment has a great style, the bed is very cozy. We felt immediately comfortable and were always happy to come "home" after beautiful but also exhausting days of experiences.

We had some great days at Blessing Beach House. Everything you need is there and the evenings by the pool and barbecue were very relaxed. The house is very spacious and we had enough space and space. 5 minutes away is a large beach with great restaurants and high waves. In 15 minutes you are on the other side of the Cape in Sesimbra (less wind and waves). Particularly noteworthy is that Mariana's dad came by regularly in the morning and checked the water quality.

We had such a great time in Filipe's place. The house is beautiful and lovely with all the equipment and amenities you need. The location is perfect, 40min drive to Lisbon, 20min drive to Sintra and Cascais, and 20min walk to the nearest beach. The surrounding area is so nice with green mountains, coastlines, good restaurants, and great markets. Filipe is a great host. He sent us the exact location before our arrival and walked us through everything in the house. He sent us tons of good information regarding restaurants and attractions around. We went to almost all the restaurants he recommended and everyone of them is great! Also he helped us connect with a few local caters and we had a great time interacting with them. Thanks again, Filipe!! Last but definitely not least, the local people are so kind and friendly. To my surprise, they all speak good English and communication is not a problem at all. I fell in love with the country and the people and will definitely come back!

We stayed at the villa as group of 14 on a hen do, the house was stunning and exceeded expectations! It was a great space for a large group and the garden & view were amazing. Antonio was super helpful and friendly, and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy 😊 10/10 would thoroughly recommend!

We enoyed the week in this wonderful location. The garden and way to the sea was such a wonderful experience. the House is cute, has everything you need. it was a bit cold in the evening, so we started a fire in the oven and had also an electric heater - that worked awesome! we will come.back one day :)

Absolutely perfect place to reset and recharge, right on the beach. We will be back!

It's a nice apartment, it's very centrally located and has everything you need. It's spacious, which made it more comfortable to be with your family. It has easy access and you can find what you need nearby.

Isabel’s place was very nice-just what we needed. It was a little farther than I anticipated from things to do close by, but there are taxis, Uber that can be called. A cute cozy space that warmed up quickly after a rainy check in day. Make sure you plan ahead to bring some things that weren’t provided, shampoo/soap and coffee filters. Things like that. Isabel was very helpful providing the details if you ask ahead to make sure (I asked about a hair dryer-which there was one!)

Available and friendly host. She easily adapted to our later check-in than we expected. The garden, balcony and barbecue allowed us to spend some great time outdoors

Great location, a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Catarina is good in communication and she was flexible with check-in and check-out. Just keep in mind that area is rather hilly and sidewalks are narrow. Five out of five experience.

Cheng was the perfect host! The apartment was well equipped, spotless and comfortable. Cheng was very helpful with specifics, and responsive to any questions. He also was kind enough to let us in a bit earlier as our flight arrived well before check in. No complaints whatsoever, its a great place to stay, walkable to lots of cool stuff, and a comfortable and quiet place to land at night.

The place is beautiful! The spectacular sunsets, beautiful walks in the area and the trips to Sesimbra were so great. I can only rave about how incredible this area is. The property offers a very nice view in a quiet location. Shopping and great restaurants are also nearby. Lisbon is about 40 minutes by car on a pleasant route. Many stunning beaches are minutes away. Elisette was a wonderful hostess. She responded super quickly to all concerns and always helped, no matter how small the problem was. Your recommendations are also great. I can only recommend a stay at this property to everyone, it is definitely worth a visit! ☀️🐚

Ling’s place was exactly what I’d expect from an Airbnb. Home was clean, comfortable, and a great location. She had pantry items stocked as well as coffee and sugar. We had stayed at 3 previous units which included absolutely nothing so it was awesome to have those things already stocked. For short rentals it stinks having to buy salt, coffee, etc and transport it from place to place with you. Ling gave detailed instructions and responded to questions promptly. An excellent host. Location was great as well. Walkable to everywhere in the city. Can’t recommend it enough!

Small but nice flat, with lovely ocean view and soundscape. Sixties-vibe building of yesteryear, intended for holidays, so nice to find an Airbnb that does not disturb the housing market in a city. José is super accessible and helpful. Everything is neat and available, simple but good.

Staying at Heinz's place was like “being at home.” In more than two months of stay, I appreciated the comfort of a large, comfortable house with a private garden!! Corroios is a quiet town but offers all the services. It may seem far from the center but, trust it is among the most connected in Margem Sul! You'll be spoiled for choice in which way to use! The Fertagus, a 10-minute walk (2 minutes by tram) takes you to Lisbon by passing the 25 de Abril Bridge. My favorite way was the tram (directly under the house, at all times, every 7-9 minutes - Casa do Povo station). When you arrive in Cacilhas (which I loved for the evocative sunsets at the Final Bridge) ferry to Cais do Sodré, and in less than 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Lisbon! Discovering the surroundings of Corroios (Almada, Costa da Caparica, Setubàl) has also allowed me to experience the least touristy part of Portugal, the one that made me fall in love with this country! Go to Heinz's place, you won't regret it.

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
