The location of the apartment is great, the ferry to Lisbon is within walking distance, as are restaurants and cafes in Seixal. There is also a bus station nearby. The apartment itself has everything you need and much more. The kitchen is super equipped, the bathrooms are beautiful, clean and modern. The bedrooms are also great, the mattresses are comfortable. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony and look out over the water. We felt very comfortable in the apartment!

Great apartment proximity to Lisbon with everything you might need for your stay. Brilliant value for money and extremely comfortable but would suggest to have a car since ferry schedule is quite open on the weekends (ferry to Lisbon goes every few hours in w/e and much more often on weekends days). There is a nice modern Asian restaurant in front of the apartment (with delicious food) though they have loud electronic music playing until 11pm so bear in mind if you are sensitive to noise and going to sleep earlier. Would highly recommend if you want to stay a bit further from Lisbon in a quieter area 1 min from the water side.

Great apartment, very tidy and spacious for 3-4 ppl. The neighbourhood is chill, a lot of shops are available nearby.

The apartment is clean and has all the modern amenities for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of good restaurants around like Ottcchii and others... There are plenty of cheap shops around, coffee and the beach is not far away. Mr. Joâo is an available, pleasant Host who does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. I loved the stay!!!

This was nice spacious “feel like home “place located close to many restaurants .Although not in the center of tourist traffic( which we appreciated ,by the way),it had taken us a brisk walk or few Euros to get to the center of “tourist madness of Lisbon”. We appreciated to be able to walk to Amazem for a pizza or pasta of excellent quality without booking ,and be well treated by the friendly staff . For those , who love gourmet dining, just round the corner, there is Michelin recommended restaurant Solar dos Nunes,make sure you book in advance. For casual diners, you are next to LXfactory full of restaurants and local stores with local products of various sorts. The place is also located close to many grocery stores, which will satisfy needs of any traveller. Great stay, great experience .Thank you.

Place was perfect. Really nice apartment. Very quick walk to the beach. Plenty of good places to eat around. Cheap and easy to get to Lisbon in a taxi. Judy and Rui were very helpful and really friendly.

Great place to stay when visiting Lisbon…the ferry is a 10 minute walk away with a nice small beach right next to it…the ferry drops you of where all busses ,tram and metro or train lines meet…the apartment is well stocked one of the best we have been in…it is on the third floor without elevator but does have nice wide staircase…the outside patio is real big and offers nice summer breeze …bed is super firm but was ok for us…parking is secure and a bonus…good for smaller cars as it is tight to get in the door…a grocery store five minute walk and a small store right across the street which was nice…it was good to have more than 4of each kitchen utensils and lots of plates and bowls so we could load up dishwasher if needed…there was AC but both units were noisy and could not use at night ….owner was notified and stated he was unaware and would fix…overall would recommend and use again….

This was such a lovely place to stay. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean and had anything and everything we could possibly need. João was super friendly and quick to respond. He had many great recommendations as well! The neighborhood was safe, peaceful and had everything in walking distance! We would love to come back again someday and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

On this trip to Europe we stayed at 3 Airbnb’s and I have to say this was by far the best. Paulo thought of everything to make a guest feel welcome and at home. The appliances were state of the art and worked! The live plants, recipe books, flow of the apartment gives the impression of someone who cares about life and nature. We would gladly come back and stay at b this little gem

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. You have a fantastic view of Lisbon and a beach right outside the front door. The decor and furniture are simple, so no luxurious frills, which we don't like anyway. Joao is very nice and accommodating and also gives tips for activities around Lisbon. We will be happy to come back to the beautiful little Seixal

The Monkey Flat is in a great safe location at the bottom end of the city, all the main spots are walkable if you enjoy walking. Located 10 minute walk to the LX Factory restaurants and bars, near the bridge for the Dolphin tours and Harbourside restaurants. 5 minute walk to Alcântara Mar station to get to Cascai. Walkable 30 mins to Alfama, Food markets, cathedral etc or €5 cab ride. The flat was ideal, spotlessly clean, kitchen and all utensils etc looked brand new. Netflix. Prime all available. Comfy bed and super clean bathroom. Great neighbourhood to stay. Loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

We stayed in Ricardo's apartment for the third time. He completely renovated the apartment this year and installed a brand new kitchen and laid new flooring. The electrical appliances in the kitchen are also new. The roof terrace is beautiful. In the evening, you can relax beautifully in the hot tub. The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing in the city. Next door is the Lidl supermarket and in the same building an Auchan where you can perfectly take care of yourself and grill on the existing roof terrace. A big plus and extremely rare is the underground garage with a parking space for the car for excursions. There are no outdoor parking spaces in Lisbon and that is why there is a parking space in the underground garage. Perfect.

The space was perfect for our group of four—it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Convenient stores were 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

Staying at Ana and Jorge’s place in Lisbon may be the best AirBnB experience I’ve had. They are super responsive and make sure you got in and settled. The listing is also very convenient to buses and metro, and doesn’t take a long time from the airport either. An ALDI and Auchan are nearby and the street is quiet at night. The listing was clean, comfortable, and was large enough that we felt we had enough personal space while we were there. But what really sets Ana and Jorge apart is how much they care. We were greeted with homemade food made by Ana and Jorge, left for us for when we arrived and they brought us something else to try later in our stay. It was all delicious and really shows how much they enjoy hosting guests. I highly recommend Ana and Jorge as hosts and this listing is perfect for a trip to Lisbon.
