Our vacation home (new in 2026) is located in the middle of the Netherlands (the Groene Hart) between the towns of Montfoort and Oudewater. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, so plenty of privacy! Ideal for families, groups of friends, and companies. We have excellent connections to the A12/A2 motorways and a bus stop right outside the door, so cities such as Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft, Alkmaar, The Hague, and Gouda, as well as all the major attractions in the Netherlands, can be reached quickly.

On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Spacious new holiday home near Utrecht, Amsterdam and The Hague. Quiet location at the back of the yard, with great views on the meadows next to the family's organic cheese farm. Take a unique look at the farm with the cows and the calves. Watch where the Gouda cheese is prepared. You can also buy organic products like cheese, milk, meat and eggs in the farmshop. Welcome! We offer you your own entrance, bathroom and kitchen! Do you like the country side? Enjoy the peace of our spacious gardens, the lovely fireplace and our 'royal' breakfast. (€17,50 /PP) The entrance of our property is protected with a visible outdoor camera. Lekkerkerk is in the Green Hart of South-Holland. Visit the world heritage windmills of Kinderdijk or our local cheese farm on our rental bikes (€10/day) to have the ultimate Dutch experience. WIFI 58,5 /23,7 Mbps .

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

In the Garden

Looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of privacy? Just outside Utrecht, you will find Bed and Breakfast Au Jardin, where you can enjoy and relax. The guesthouse is at the back of our deep garden. You have your own entrance at the rear of the building. You can also park there. At the front, you can relax on the terrace. The Bed and Breakfast is located in De Meern, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Utrecht and centrally located between Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague.

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km.
