We did have a little hiccup with the house not be cleaned when we first arrived but it was rectified immediately and the owner was very apologetic! Other than that.. we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for three days and two nights while in town for a graduation at the nearby college. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Murfreesboro and the campus, which made everything super convenient. The house itself was spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts of home and more. We especially appreciated the large, modern kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances we could need. The beds were very comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer was a great bonus. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch and multiple patios, which provided the perfect space to relax and unwind in the evenings. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

I loved this little house! It has a dog door that leads to a cute fenced in yard for the dogos! Emily was very accommodating and helpful. We needed a covered carport and she had the perfect spot to dry out from the rain and work on our trailer. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and to my surprise she had Puerto Rican coffee in the cabinet!! The most amazing cup of coffee and a taste of home! Thanks Emily, you have a lovely place!

Our group was in town for a wedding, and we had an extremely wonderful experience! Tim & Paige were incredibly communicative, and the home itself is beautiful. We were concerned with Ubering to the venue, as the home is further into the woods, however we had no trouble at all! 10/10

Absolutely adored staying here! Very cute space with everything you need. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, and location was perfect — easy to get to and not to far from anywhere we wanted to go. Also loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! 10/10 would stay here again next time we’re in Nashville.

Lindsay’s home was perfect for our large traveling family, including our little dogs! The house was perfect, clean, had all the comforts of home! The backyard was much larger than expected, and the whole home and yard was so beautiful! Thank you Lindsay for a wonderful experience! ❤️🏡

The townhouse was in a great location to go downtown and to visit my family. The townhouse was warm, friendly and welcoming. The extra little treats that Cindy left were wonderful.

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

Unit was very well maintained and inviting. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and rock in the rocking chairs. Some construction views but didn’t bother us. The pool is an added perk although we didn’t use this trip. Uber ride to downtown Broadway was only $7. It was exactly as described and communication was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time when back in Nashville!

Perfect city vibe! Close to everything fun. It feels like you are always a part of the party if your window faces the main street. Clean and modern decor. Cozy couch and even cozier beds. Staff is very friendly and building is very safe.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

A true home away from home experience. Absolutely beautiful location with incredible caring Hosts. With nature at your door step and only 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville (Nash City). Nice privacy and great amities for the whole family.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

A quiet location which gives you the ability to talk a walk in the morning or evening if you would like to. A well appointed space that is perfect for a single person or a couple. Very safe neighborhood. Murfreesboro was a great place to visit and we wish we had more time to explore.

The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. When sitting on the back porch or deck, you can hear the birds sing, watch the squirrels play and the bunnies running around the yard. It is a great place to relax! However, you are still close to shopping and restaraunts. Ginger was very welcoming, proactive with instructions and communication and her home was stocked with just anything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to planning our next trip and prayerfully staying here again!

I loved everything about MacKenzie. place. I felt right at home. I loved the closed in fenced backyard. Sitting put there was very peaceful. There place was very clean and inviting. They made accommodation for whatever we needed. Great place to stay.

Staying at wild meadows was like living at your very own day spa. Tina runs a full service salon, I received a haircut and color from her and it was exactly what I asked for. The steam room and garden bath really hit the spot after a long day of work. My husband and I walked our dogs on their trails 3 times daily and always found something new to marvel at. We absolutely fell in love with their 4 dogs, they were the sweetest. The home is clean and spacious, and had everything you could possibly need. Tina and Ken were very easy to communicate with, we loved getting to know them. Even though they lived downstairs, we were never bothered by their presence or felt like we did not have privacy. In fact we loved our stay so much we're going to come back in the future. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The house is located in a great area near lots of restaurants and hiking trails. The home was clean and neat. Everything worked the way it should. Sarah is a great host and was always available. We would love to come back sometime.

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was super nice. Had plenty of activities in the house to keep everyone happy. Will stay again next time in town.

Jennifer was such a great host! She responded immediately for any questions/concerns we had. She also recommended a ton of awesome spots to eat- per my request! I’ve never had a host respond so fast, can’t say how much I appreciated that!!
