Great little apartment in downtown Milton. Easy walk to a few different restaurants and the local Riverwalk. Host was very responsive with a mixup from the last tenant, and more than generous about resolving it. Definitely dedicated to guest comfort and satisfaction. Be aware there is a charge per each dog you bring.

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

We were in town to see a concert at the Milton Theater. This place is a great location to walk to the theater. It is very clean with great amenities. The snacks were a bonus! Alene gave us instructions to the beach we could drive on! Super great stay and would stay again!

Barbara was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. She even had wine waiting for us. We loved the apartment and it was perfect for our needs! We look forward to staying there again!

This was our second stay at Harry’s place. It was warm, comfortable and as described.

Great stay, came for a golf trip and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of shops and bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The Bumble Bee is an adorable home tucked away in the middle of downtown New Castle, DE. It has all the charm & comfort you would hope for in an old town with updated modern conveniences.

Jeff was a great host. His instructions were very clear that I didnt even need to reach out to him with any issues. Despite of that Jeff still checked in with me to make sure my family and I were doing OK. The place was great spacious and perfect for our large family.

This was our second time at Leone's beautiful spot on the Chester River and it did not disappoint! It's such a beautiful place and beautiful location -- we absolutely love it!! Thank you Leone!!!

Beautiful and peaceful place. Screened in porch was wonderful where you could listen to the birds as well as watch the herons and even a bald eagle down at the river!

My family was in the area for a graduation, it was comfortable for 4 people and easily more. The house was amazingly decorated and clean!! We utilized the fire pit and the hot tub during our stay and it was very relaxing for such a busy weekend! My family enjoyed the screen back porch for our hang out. Absolutely will come back in the future.

Cindy's place was very relaxing with beautiful surroundings between farmland and forests.

Connie was very responsive before after end during check-in. Connie was very nice and met me to let me in and give me the key to the space upon check-in. The house is a nice small quiet one bedroom cottage. There is kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, and anything else you might need during a stay

Terrific location, I love that you can walk to the beach and to town from Betty's place. It was a lovely unit with a very easy pull-out couch in the main room. The linens were lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you!

Always a great stay here! Love that everything is ready for us when we get there, lots of good games and night time books for kids, bikes for grownups is awesome, and easy to walk to beach or town!

We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and more spacious than I anticipated. Plenty of room for me and my family. Full kitchen to cook some of our own meals. We enjoyed time at both Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. We didn’t get to check out the pool, but if we come back when it’s warmer, we definitely will! Overall, I felt it was a good value… Yes, you have to drive 10 mins to the beach, but it’s not far at all and it’s right by all the shopping -With tons of good places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kitty’s Place. The apartment is absolutely perfect and the hosts provided amazing hospitality. Beautifully appointed with everything that we needed and more, Travis, Gabrielle, and Kitty allowed us to enjoy our celebration of our daughter’s graduation from UD, creating memories to last a lifetime. The apartment was clean, cute, close to everything, and a peaceful place to relax between events. A terrific place for anyone visiting the area with gracious hosts who want nothing more than to ensure your comfort and happiness. A real gem!

Mimi's place is a spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean condo in Lewes, close to the beaches in both Lewes and Rehoboth. There are a few very nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a supermarket. This is a great location and a great apartment. We loved it.
