Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Fresh and cozy guesthouse (28 sqm) located south of road 9 in summer Beddingestrand. Here you have the beach and golf course in walking distance. Close to shops, restaurants and to the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and WC. You choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private terrace with access to a barbecue. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Blankets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by guests.

Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Bicycles are available for rent. Several very good and nice restaurants are within bicycle distance. Good breakfast is possible and ordered upon arrival.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Our guest house is completely renovated in 2020 and you have the entire house for yourselves. Located on the East Beach with the beach right next door and beautiful walking paths with sea, beach, nature reserve, nature reserve and older charming coastal buildings.
