In the other room, there is a living room with a sofa bed, where 2 people can sleep. The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The house includes a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Possibility of a pleasant outdoor seating in the yard.

In the cottage for relaxation there is an IR sauna, billiards. Next to the house is a gazebo with a hot tub, a barbecue with a table, sun loungers in the garden. You will appreciate my offer due to: beautiful views, cozy, location and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Great communication: 20 minutes by car to Zakopane, 5 minutes to Chochołowskie Baths, 400 meters to the Witów Ski lift. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a sauna, the other with a bathtub, over which we installed a steam fireplace), a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette. Surrounded by nature yet just minutes from the center of Kościelisko and a short drive from Zakopane, it’s a place where true tranquility meets comfort and unforgettable views.

Willa Polana pod Nosalem

The villa is located opposite the Nosal slopes, close to the mountains and mountain trails. In winter, to ski, just cross the street, and in summer it is a quiet neighborhood and a great place for a "trip to the mountains". We offer free parking, a garden in front of the house, and a barbecue. The house was completely renovated and opened in December 2023. We offer stylish interiors, mostly finished in wood. All wooden furniture was made by Zakopane carpenters.

It is very crowded during the season.
