Awesome stay. Who knew East Texas had a gem like this?

The house is absolutely beautiful! Nicole was a great host & extremely responsive. We requested to check in early to set up for our daughters party & she was happy to accommodate!

We had an amazing time. Exactly what we were looking for. Closet to lake with a pool. He was also accomodating when one of our pets got injured and needed to come along. very friendly and quick to respond

We had a sleepover for seven 13 year old girls (plus a parent chaperone) and the house was great for all of them to move around, have bedrooms to sleep in and was very spacious. Having access to Roku and the wifi was a great plus and it was so close to Walmart and so many restaurants. Bathrooms were spotless, kitchen was great and the bedrooms came with extra pillows and linens.

We absolutely loved this place! Very quiet, felt at home! Really close to town! Very beautiful place! Will come back again!

We needed a place large enough to host a large family and wedding rehearsal dinner. This house fit the bill perfectly. There was a newborn in the family so the separate housing was definitely a plus. The yard was well kept and allowed for some nice pictures. We needed to be able to make the wedding cakes and the kitchen was a perfect fit. We all had a great time.

Fell in love with our house. Beautiful and so relaxing. Had no idea of the restaurant and bar. Can’t wait to come back. 💕💕

My family & I had a wonderful time on my 1st Air B&B experience! It’s was a very clean and spacious house, took a few minutes for the ac to start getting cold(it was hot outside) but other than that we had 1 issue with the toilet but they were right on top of that with a knock on the door within a quick time frame. But overall experience was excellent, couldn’t ask for anything more! 10⭐️ hands down

What an incredible getaway! This cozy house in the middle of the woods near Tyler was everything we were hoping for and more. The peace and quiet were unmatched—just birds, trees, and the occasional deer wandering by. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel special, from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. Waking up surrounded by nature and enjoying our morning coffee on the porch was the highlight of every day. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Whether you’re looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or just get away from the hustle and bustle, this place is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Jennifer was super helpful and accommodating, especially on short notice. She offered a great place that was spacious, quiet, and had nice extras like a hot tub and patio. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear—she made check-in really easy even with my late arrival. Definitely appreciated her flexibility and kindness. Would happily stay again!

Loved this historic house in a beautiful area of Tyler, 5 minutes from the Rose Garden and close to several parks and coffee shops. The place was very clean and cozy. Some lamp lightbulbs were burned out and after I contacted them, they were quick to respond and dropped off new bulbs right away. Thank you! A couple things we did not expect that I just want to share for others who may want to know: 1) all bedrooms are on the second floor 2) the stairs to the second floor have a banister only at the top and bottom, not the middle, which made it a little less accessible/safe for my dad who has some mobility and balance issues 3) the bathroom door is mostly made of blurred glass, which you can see shapes and colors through (not a huge deal but not our favorite due to privacy). None of these things made our stay bad but just good to know before going. Overall though we had a really great stay here! Would recommend.

This Mineola cottage was tucked away, charming, homely. I was thrilled to be surrounded by farm animals, which made for a great Texas treat. The porch was very relaxing too.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for business, this was the perfect house for mailed and my staff ! Cute quiet and centrally located

This was the perfect place for our large family! With two teenagers, fur babies, and my mom with us, the two separate houses made for the perfect stay. Aubrey was EXTREMELY helpful and if anything came up, she was responsive and handled everything quickly. This was an extremely stressful transition for our family but this air b&b made for the most peaceful stay while we combatted the stresses of moving across the country. Neighbors (though few and far between) are super kind and give that “welcome to the area” vibe! This is an old historical home that has cozy comfort needed for the escape we all want! Huge thanks to Aubrey for being so responsive and flexible! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures are beautiful, but they honestly don’t do this home justice; it is absolutely stunning in person. Everything is meticulously clean, comfortable and well decorated. The home is stocked with essentials and tons of extras that really make your stay so much more comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
