Intermediate room with armchairs, TV and sofa bed for 2. Toilet with shower. Upper floor = 2 rooms/sleeping loft with 4 single beds. Large terrace. Outdoor barbecue area. Small cottage with additional sleeping accommodation. It lacks facilities. Rented only together with the cottage. Photos = backyard. The landlord lives on the neighboring farm and has horses. Forest, mountains, streams, small and large lakes, fields, villages.

Small sandy beach. 50 meters from the lake Barken, (pike, zander, trout perch) Boat with small motor available for fishing enthusiasts, quiet. Sauna is available for those who like it. Beautiful nature to wander in. In the middle of the village, there is a coffee shop, 1 km from the property. The host lives upstairs, separate entrance from the other gable, and is happy to answer questions.

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Here you live in a cozy log house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in the tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 min away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license 50kr/ day.

Stay in my villa in Smedjebacken near Norra Barken

The villa is located in a quiet villa area. 15 minutes from the center, lake Barken and the harbor. 5 minutes to the forest, for long walks, cycling and running. 10 minutes to the ski slope, but if you want a larger ski resort, it takes only 20 minutes to Romme Alpin. 15 minutes to Hagge golf course. Ludvika centre 20 min (another smaller town) The house can be booked longer if required up to 4 weeks
