The place was very cozy and clean. Appreciated the local dining suggestions and early check-in. Check-in and check out was easy. We had a pleasant stay. Except one incident where the wifi wasn't working well due to too many users when the next door unit checked-in the next day and had many occupants. But Eko sorted it out. Thanks

We had a great experience during our stay! The house is very spacious and feels incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we encountered any issues, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They were also open and willing to take in feedback, which we really appreciated. All the basic necessities were provided, making our trip even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

**First-Time Check-In Experience** During our initial check-in, we noticed the room had an issue with fruit flies or drain flies. We immediately contacted the staff, and they were very responsive—they quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much better in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. **Room Feedback** The first room’s toilet had a noticeable drain smell, which was a bit unpleasant. In the second room, the only minor issues were a non-working ventilation fan in the bathroom and slightly yellowish pillowcases. These are small fixes that could easily be addressed. **Positive Highlights** The balcony offered a fantastic view, even though it was a bit small. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt service from the staff. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Cheers!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was modern, super clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need — truly a home away from home. Amazing view. Beautiful location. impeccable sunrise. Gem for nature lover. Quiet. Private.peaceful. perfect for solo, couple, or small group of friends. Do expect some insects and mosquitoes. Prepare repellent. The only downside is we do spotted some small roaches aside from insects and bugs. But the environment is generally clean.

Moses is a very responsive host. The stay was very nice and tidy. All the household equipment is complete. Easy to check in. Except for the exit part from the barrier. The guard said we’re not eligible for free parking because our details don’t appear in the system and are not activated. I don't know whether the system or the guard is the problem. After a few arguments, then only they release us. After all, that’s okay. We enjoyed the stay. Recommended 👍👍

We had a pleasant stay with flexible check-in options. The place was pristinely clean and offered a lot of amenities. We'll definitely return whenever we visit Genting again. It was a memorable stay and highly recommended.
