Great place to stay. Communication with Lloyd was smooth and easy. The location is nice, the house is situated in a small village, ideal for the hot summer months. The house was as described - a little bit older, but cozy and clean. The kitchen was great! We enjoyed our stay.

In short: It was a soothing, relaxing and beautiful getaway. Characterized by unmistakable silence and absolute breathing. Perfect to relax and escape the stress of everyday life. Simply world-class! 😇

We've never been in such a great place to stay. Everything has been really thought of. The amenities were more than satisfactory. There was also something for children to paint, as well as dog bowls for our hairy friends. Everything was super clean and we already noticed a totally pleasant smell in the entrance area, which spread over the whole villa. The breakfast boxes are great and were very easy to book via cell phone. The common area was also very handy. In general, everything was super relaxed to clarify with the phone. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Lukas was very nice and responsive! The place looks amazing and authentic and was very clean with a lot ot amenities! We were a group of 6 and loved the common space. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

The 2-room kitchen bathroom toilet apartment on the ground floor in Klest/Reißig (district of Cheb) is located between Cheb and Franzensbad and is very quiet, each about 5 km from Cheb and Franzensbad. It can get boring without a vehicle. Our motorcycles were safely accommodated in the carport. Interesting area for motorcycling! Supermarkets/restaurant are not in walking distance. But the kitchen was perfectly equipped with stove/ coffee maker/microwave/fridge/freezer/spices/salt/sugar. There is a party hut in the garden. However, we did not want to use the cool season yet. In the TV there are ARD/ZDF/ORF 1/ORF2 and about 96 Czech programs. The service was well explained. Wifi helps with boredom when you have HandyTablet. The thermal bath "Aquaforum" in Franzensbad disappointed us in terms of value for money (€20 for 4 hours). The only sauna is crowded from 5 people:-(

Anita welcomed us in a very friendly way, always responded super quickly and we had a few nice short conversations. The area is great for road biking and we will be happy to come back :)

A wonderful stay in a fantastic loft! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful loft and can only report positively! The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax. The large windows let in a lot of light and the view of the surroundings is great. The location of the loft is also a big plus. The area is quiet and picturesque, perfect for long walks or exploring. We enjoyed nature to the fullest and were even lucky enough to be successful in a mushroom hunt! The host's father was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with valuable tips on the surroundings. Overall it was a great stay, and I highly recommend the apartment.
