Hi :) Guests say the apartment is nice, sunny and with good energy. :) You have the whole apartment to yourself. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)

This is by far the best place I stayed in Kosice. The place was very quiet and peaceful, plenty of sun during the day, and very cozy. There was everything I needed in the apartment. The place is in the city center so everything was very close by. I will definitely come back

The flat was spotless clean, there were many useful amenities provided - the host really thought about every possible detail (ironing board, first aid kit, phone chargers, snacks, kitchen utensils...). The flat is packed with modern technologies, there is a Netflix subscription, etc. There is definitely added value in comparison with the hotels in the area and such level of equipment we were provided with, is usually a standard in higher class hotels. We had a great stay at David’s place in Košice! The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and it was very convenient—less than 10 minutes by car to the charming old downtown. David was an excellent host: very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!
