New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er både sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores ældre, men skønne sommerhus.

Beach 5 min. walk from the child-friendly house!

Nice non-smoking wooden cottage 5 minutes walk from beautiful beach. In the house there is a living room, bedroom, 'children's room' with various toys and books, a small kitchen with most of what you need and a smaller bathroom with shower. There's a nice lawn that goes with the house. There you can jump on the trampoline, play in the sandbox, play ball, light a fire, grill and have fun.

Watch the sun set over the water

Our lovely cottage is located on the first row to the water overlooking the Great Belt, here you have the sun all day and can enjoy watching it go down into the water. At the end of our property are the stairs to the beach, where you can take a fresh dip from the jetty. The house is on a closed road, the area is quiet, and the property has plenty of room for sunbathing and ball games.
