Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. Cabin on a property with private beach, shallow and child-friendly swimming. Fresh, completely newly renovated. Perfect for those who want to discover the High Coast as it is close to most things. Walking distance to Skuleberget and Skule Naturscen. 2 km to the central town of Docksta with grocery store, etc. Ice cream kiosk and restaurant are also very close. Charging box available to hire Bed linen is available to rent (SEK 150 per set). Cleaning SEK 1500. To be paid in cash or by swish upon arrival.

The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Vår pärla i Stråsundsviken, Höga kusten, ligger vackert beläget på naturtomt (blåbär inhämtas med lätthet till frukosten) med bara några minuters vandring ned till en lugn havsvik. 2 sovrum, 160 cm säng samt våningssäng (120 cm i nederslafen samt 90 cm i överslafen). Tv del med två soffor (kan användas som ”extrasängar” om önskemål finns). Modern 55 tums tv och appleTV. Fiber indraget med bra Wifi (mobiltäckning dålig så Wi-Fi samtal används). Weber gasolgrill, SUP finns att låna.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.
