With us you stay comfortably in our cozy guest house, in the middle of the beautiful High Coast and with close to many popular excursions, swimming, hiking trail, ski trails, shops, restaurant gas station. Electric car charger area. Here is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, own entrance, and own patio. In the middle of nature with the sea in front, the mountain behind and the forest that embraces. Stay comfortably and make day trips along the high coast trail or take a break from the tent with a night indoors. 2 km to Hålviken parking where the trail towards Balesudden continues on foot. 9 km to the entrance north. 700 meters to the merchant's sea bath. 7 km to Bjästabacken, 4 km to cross-country skiing tracks. Possibility to rent snowshoes with nice terrain right from the property border. The apartment is connected to our house with common hall.

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, this simple cabin is located – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Sleeps five: a double bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is easily equipped with stove, micro, water kettle, fridge and running cold water. Toilet (separett) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests bring their own bed linen and towels.

Cabin on a property with private beach, shallow and child-friendly swimming. Fresh, completely newly renovated. Perfect for those who want to discover the High Coast as it is close to most things. Walking distance to Skuleberget and Skule Naturscen. 2 km to the central town of Docksta with grocery store, etc. Ice cream kiosk and restaurant are also very close. Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

We spent an entire week here with my girlfriend, another couple, and their 6-year-old, and we absolutely loved it. The house is spacious and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Even though it was winter, the house stayed warm and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the fantastic features, including the piano, fireplace, and smart TV. There’s also a great selection of games to keep both kids and adults entertained, which we found really fun. Lars was an exceptional host—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. One evening, he even messaged us to let us know that the northern lights were visible, which was such a memorable experience. He was always responsive and super helpful. Thank you, Lars, for making our stay so wonderful!

Cozy cottage with fantastic views and a really relaxing location. We stayed for two nights and had everything we needed – simple, thoughtful and with that little extra. There was a grill, the beds were good and check-in was super easy without any oddities. The hot water tank was just enough for three quick showers, so plan accordingly. But it's a cottage in the countryside and a really lovely one, so plan your showers! Highly recommended if you want to go out into the countryside, take a dip and just breathe out.

The Great Northern | High Coast cabin by the sea

Everything about our stay was superb. Julius was so communicative and available even though it was Christmas and New year and sometimes I asked questions out of normal hours. The house feels like a home, toasty warm, comfy and with a lovely vibe. The views from the house, the veranda and the sauna are sublime. I’m almost reluctant to recommend this little piece of magic, for fear it will always be booked! I can’t say enough good things about our whole experience. Everything from the surroundings, the vibe, the interior, the host, the area, was outstanding, and quintessentially Sweden, we feel super lucky to have seen in 2025 there. With the northern lights as our backdrop!
