Thank u so much my friends for making our stay just perfect! The house was fantastic n the care taken to make sure we were comfortable is just incredible. I'm super glad we found ur place n will certainly recommend this home to those visiting JB n looking for a large house to accommodate their large number of guests. Great value for money, great food nearby, n lots of local vibes like night market to look forward to. The biggest highlight for me personally was that the house had practically EVERYTHING a large group needed to keep themselves occupied. The care taken by the hosts and the attention to detail, putting themselves in guests shoes was really, next level. Cannot ask for anything more honestly. Anyone, who leaves a negative review or anything lesser then 5 stars, clearly is a rather fussy person and better off booking a hotel instead of an airbnb. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Well kept house. Hosts were reponsive to my questions. Appreciate one night when the host send done some household items needed upon feedbacks. great effort from the host. Will consider next round if i need to book villas for gathering!

Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed,everything was seamless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, snacks. super friendly and responsive host! minor hiccup with the back toilet and living room aircon but she managed to send handyman over even during public holiday! held my post wedding celebration there she was super accommodating! the place is loaded with mahjong tables, karaoke set (superb soundproofing), foosball desk, pool, loads of parking and bed space! super worth the price!

Nice cozy place with a total of 4 bedrooms. We had a comfortable stay. The only downside was the water pressure of the shower hose was very low.

I booked the place for my family and we all loved it so much, the space was big. It had 10 beds and could accomodate all of us, the place was clean and had such big parking space where could fit 2 big sized cars. We were really impressed by the place and the host's hospitality. A very comfortable and peaceful place that was near to amenities and a short drive to great places to eat.

This is our first time renting out this place. The house is homey, cosy and clean. It also comes with basic appliances. Owner gave us a heads up about having wifi problem and extended checkout time to 2pm and promised a refund too :) definitely will re-book this home.

We had a fantastic stay. Joseph was quick to respond. Clear instructions were given promptly prior to trip. Constant checking in to ensure we were comfortable. Place was fantastic. Attached toilet to all the rooms at level 2. The KTV sound system was great, we had a blast! Things were clean. We saw our cleaning auntie on the way out. Hair dryer in every room!

Alhamdulillah rumah yg selesa utk berehat. Keperluan asas yg cukup seperti peti sejuk, mesin basuh, tv, dapur + peralatan masak. Tempat yg strategik, berdekatan dgn warung bawah pokok. Tuan rumah yg baik n sgt responsive. 👍🏼

Stiap bilik luas… mesra oku, mudak utk masuk n kluar yg menggunakan kerusi roda, kolam yg x risau kedlaman utk budak2 main.. ruang tamu pown selasa
