Vacation rentals with a home theater in Skudai

My family and I were in Johor Bahru for a wedding and a weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is spacious, clean, pleasantly scented, and offers a lovely view. It’s well-equipped with quality amenities and thoughtfully prepared to welcome guests. Being attached to a shopping mall with attractions for children was a great bonus. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This will definitely be our top choice for future visits to JB.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. On top of that, the space had a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Big and spacious space for large family gatherings

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Stayed for 2 days for Eid celebration in jb. From the first day until checkout the instructions given was very clear so i have no issues checking in and out. The facilities and utilities are awesome. Host was very lenient since i had to check out abit late for prepping the kids. House was comfy and clean with minimal and aesthetic theme. Kids friendly as well. Conclusion, 5 stars.

Nice place, spacious room, clean

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

The photos are completely accurate and reflect the property well. The location is excellent, with restaurants and convenience stores just a stone’s throw away. The house is spotless and offers plenty of interactive games for entertainment. The karaoke system is top-notch! Highly recommended for large groups. The only downside was that one of the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. Hopefully, this can be addressed for future guests.

Great place.. Good location

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a wonderful environment for our vacation. My family and I had an amazing time and truly appreciated the hospitality. We are grateful for such a fantastic experience and wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

Our second time staying here! The view from the place is gorgeous and we love the projector with netflix, youtube, disney + etc.

It was in a great location, with the building entrance right beside the mall entrance. The location was also near the Sutera area with Sutera Mall and several restaurants. The only negative aspect about the location was that the roads are always full of vehicles and traffic jams are common. The unit was in great condition, clean, and facilities all worked well. The water pressure could be stronger but it’s not a big issue. It was high floor and viewing towards the front of Paradigm Mall so it’s good for me. Aircon was strong, loved it! I had an injury which worsened over the weekend and the host was friendly and granted me more time for check out, which I appreciated it so much! Host was also very responsive and check-in was straightforward. Note to future tenants: if you’re booking e-hailing or ordering delivery, please remind your rider/driver that the lobby is up the ramp as some of them are not familiar with the area. All in all, loved this place and would return again!

This was our first stay and indeed we had a pleasant stay tat meet our expectation . Apartment is neat and clean . Beds are also comfortable Furthermore the apartment is right in paradigm mall which makes shopping easy . WiFi network is also strong Host is also vy responsive . For our next visit , we will book this apartment again

Had a truly wonderful stay! The host was extremely friendly, responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and very flexible, always available and quick to assist whenever needed, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. As a Singaporean, safety is always a top concern, and I was impressed by the tight security here—definitely reassuring. The unit itself was spacious, clean, fully furnished, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Watching the breathtaking sunset each evening over a good cup of coffee was an unexpected daily highlight. While the shared facilities were a bit dated and could use some maintenance, this isn’t the host’s fault and didn’t affect my overall experience. The location is strategic, close to a mall, 24-hour mamak spots for late-night food, and a beachside café for relaxing mornings. The surrounding area has great vibes, full of life yet peaceful when you need it to be. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’m already looking forward to returning!

The best place for stay, and rest, only the parking little bit problem, only have 1 parking, and to go for parking, little bit dizzy
