Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, pizzeria, och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna er.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

This newly renovated 27 SQM apartment is located in a quiet area between the Old Town and the vibrant district of Södermalm. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. You live just a minute from restaurants, shops and public transport. The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Boende vid härliga Tyresöreservatet. 100 meter till Långsjön där man kan ha en mysig picknick och se solen gå ner. Bada vid klippor. Vi har 2 kanoter som man får låna. Härlig natur men ändå nära till stan. Finns även cyklar att hyra för 50 kr/dag Ca 1 timma med bil från Arlanda . City ca 25 minuter. Det är ej tillåtet att ha fest eller vänner på besök. Åldersgräns är 25 år.
