Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. The house is secluded on our property with its own patio. In just a 200-meter walk, you can reach Lake Drevviken, surrounded by swimming areas, cliffs, running tracks and beautiful walking paths. The accommodation is furnished for both short and longer stays. Perfect for couples, solo guests or those working in Stockholm for a period of time.

Cozy cottage at the edge of the forest

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm central, you will find this cozy cabin. A ten minute walk will take you to the center of Trångsund with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaning, shoe maker and simpler restaurants. In the same amount of time, you go to the nearest swimming area or liked the cafe and restaurant Villa Printz. The cabin is located right at the edge of the forest. From here you will hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn paws both fox and deer and hares often pass by.

From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Newly built cozy cottage in quiet residential area with the forest just around the corner, 20 minutes walk to Drevviken lake with sandy beach. You can get to Stockholm City in 30 minutes, proximity to bus and commuter trains as well as Länna Market with shops. Note: Final cleaning, bed linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED but can usually be arranged at an extra cost by arrangement. Notify when booking – some services may be unavailable, such as when the host is away.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
