This charming home, sleeps five, and is just steps to the dock which you can tie your boat up to. Longwood State Park is the closest boat ramp, and a mere 10 minute boat ride from there. Great week at Lakefront Getaway. Comfortable beds. Clean throughout. Kitchen is well stocked. Peaceful friendly neighborhood. Loved fishing from the dock. Caught some pretty big Catfish and other kinds of fish I don’t know the name of. Released them back. Boat Launch was great and handy to have. Easy drive into downtown Clarksville. Recommend Bridgewater Bar and Grill, great food always. Moore's Farm Produce Stand in the Dollar General parking lot has more than just vegetables and fruit. Check out the Clarksville Ruritan Club Thrift Shop for unusual finds. Will be back.

Our brief stay at Ashley's Boutique Guest Stay in Downtown Clarksville was exactly what we were hoping for. We were in town for a 20-hour rendezvous with old college roommates. We chose Clarksville because it's halfway between our respective homes in Richmond, VA and Greensboro, NC. We chose Ashley's place because it was situated in the heart of downtown and offered plenty of space to relax and catch up. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The towels were deliciously thick and soft. And the porch overlooking the street was perfect for morning coffee and people-watching. So perfect, in fact, that we overstayed our check-out by 20 minutes! Sorry about that, Ashley...

Perfect location for a lake getaway with friends. We loved the house and thought it was even better than in the photos. Brooke was extremely responsive and had no issues with the stay. Will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay! The location has a beautiful view of the water. It is peaceful with many outdoor spaces to relax, as well as a spacious, inviting kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were perfect for our family - especially the first floor bedroom and bath for my elderly mother. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Rachel's flexibility and quick responses to our questions.
