The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernínek. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike trails or cross-country trails and overlooking the Krušné hory hills. 15 minutes by car to the Klínovec Ski Resort, 5 minutes from the Plešivec Ski Resort. 15 minutes drive to the swimming pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washing machine with a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a coffee capsule with a coffee machine, a folding baby cot.

The cottage is located in Stříbrná in the Ore Mountains, near Kraslice, Bublava, Přebuz and the German towns of Klingenthal, Schöneck and Markneukirchen. Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. The second 2+1 apartment is also for rent - the possibility of accommodation for a total of 11, exceptionally up to 13 people. In case of a number over 6, early reservation and clarification of conditions are required.
