The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernink. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike or cross-country skiing track overlooking the Krušnohorské hills. 15 minutes by car to Ski Resort Klínovec, 5 minutes from the Balshivec Ski Area. 15 minutes drive to the pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, hair dryer in the bathroom, coffee capsules with coffee maker, sofa bed.

The cottage is located on Stříbrné in the Ore Mountains, near Kraslic, Bublava, Prebuzi and the German cities of Klingenthal, Schöneck and Markneukirchen. Our chalet is the perfect place to spend an active vacation, but also for relaxing and family trips. In summer, you can go biking, hiking, berries, or hiking in the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local lift, there is an artificially snowed ski resort called Bublava – Stříbrná. It's quiet, cool, and relaxed.

The jogging tracks start right next to the house. The apartment includes a picturesque terrace with mountain views and outdoor seating. The apartment has an above-standard large lockable ski/bike room, which can accommodate up to 4 bikes and is also equipped with a ski-dryer.
