You can also discover the fauna , mountain flora and culinary specialties of the Champsaur. Mountain house situated at 1450m altitude, in an isolated hamlet 3.5 km from Pont du Fossé. Bordering the Parc des Ecrins, facing due south, sheltered from the wind. You will enjoy a view of the mountains, in a relaxing green setting. Located in the Champsaur Valley, all mountain activities (walking, climbing, canyoning, downhill paragliding, tyrolean, skiing) are possible 😀. Welcome to my small cottage (bottom of the 26 m2 chalet on the ground floor) at 1100 m altitude located next to the equestrian center of St Geniez and in the middle of beautiful landscapes (geological reserve of the Alpes de Haute Provence, UNESCO site) with the immediate possibility of hiking, horseback riding, geological, mountain biking, paragliding or climbing... As for ping pong, barbecue, petanque, bikes, hammock and deckchairs, that's in the garden! Local producers and river not far from the cottage.

Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Massage jet shower. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

My home is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, ski resorts and the St Julien lake. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains games for children (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quiet of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

To recharge your batteries, hike.... Accommodation near Ski resort (6km), Lake Serre-Ponçon (15km). My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. an inflatable spa is available (only in summer) for 15 euros on the 1st day then 10 the following days and 50 euros per week to be paid on site
