Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. The coffee and tea kettle are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guesthouse is located further down the apartment building's plot and there is parking available for guests.

The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

We were here as a family of three with a 3-year-old child and felt completely comfortable! The amenities are very cozy and we made many nice trips to southern Sweden from Gerty's Annexet. The hostess (Gerty) herself is very friendly and communication with her was straightforward and fast. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a great time at Christians house. The house was cosy, the garden was big and green - with lot's of chairs to relax and tables on each side of the house to enjoy breakfast or diner together. Perfect for our family (with our baby and dog). Christian was proactive, helpful and friendly in his communication. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s little house. We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful environment with all the birds and the sea directly in front of the window. Christian is a very friendly and welcoming host. The kitchen and the bathroom is in his main building - that is important to know, but it is always open to you. My brother and I were only in this small and sweet place for a short stopover. We didn't lack anything. Everything is great. Angelica and her husband were very friendly, including small talk, even if we hadn't come to Skanör to party. ;-) We hope my brother's E63 AMG only woke up half the neighborhood when we left on Sunday morning. :-)
