Boligen er beliggende i et roligt kvarter tæt på centrum og vandet. Jeg tilbyder min høje og lyse kælder med 2 gode værelser og bad. Yderligere er der et tekøkken, hvor man kan lave sig en kop te eller kaffe. Der er også tilhørende minikøleskab. Værelserne har begge nye kvalitets senge samt eget smart tv.
