The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. You have to bring your own charcoal . Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.
