We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, private but close to wineries and breweries. The hot tub was such a nice added feature. We couldn’t quite figure out the propane fire place or it had a low flame. But it was a girls trip and we didn’t mess with it too much. There are endless amounts of wineries and such in the area. A Walmart 10mins or so away if needed. This was a an early spring trip to the fingerlakes, rainy weekend and there was still so much to do. Would definitely stay at Dan’s again!

We stayed at Sarah's place during Family Weekend at Colgate. It was perfect for the four of us. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Although, we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and lovely. Both bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and the house is located on a quiet street. Sarah was a great host and communicated very well in all facets. We would definitely stay again!

This stay was great! Don was very friendly and communicated well! He offered to come tidy up the home as we stayed for an extended amount of time, made sure there was salt available as we stayed in the winter months and overall made sure our stay was comfortable! I really enjoyed my stay. Keith's place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were a lot of nice little touches like quality coffee and different ways of making it. Two things I appreciated: the bed was comfortable and the radiant heat in the floors let me keep the bedroom cool and the bathroom warm. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4 with teenager children. Plenty of room to stretch out, and be comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We would look for this place again if we come back to Ithaca. Ithaca is a great area for outdoorsy people. We hiked several of the gorges to see the waterfalls, and swam in some of the life guarded swimming holes. We also stopped in at a few cider houses or wineries along the way. Lots of fun stuff to do!

Exactly as described. Quiet area where I would say you needed a car to access local amenities. Saying that, if you do have a car then everything is within a 15 min drive (but also walkable) (Walmart, Aldi, Liquor Store, bars, restaurant, takeaways etc). The bedrooms are spacious and the place has more than enough space for 8 people (& not feeling like you are living on top of each other). Plenty of storage & good AC. There is a large TV in the living area & comfortable sofa. The kitchen was well stocked and the essentials are provided (Towels, salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bin bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaning spray, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, napkins, filters for coffee machine), which was really appreciated. Having access to the washing machine / dryer was a life saver. Communication with Calli and Christina was friendly, easy & responsive. Would definitely recommend & when back in the area would like to return here.

Margie's place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, and it was very homey. There are a lot more kitchen tools and things than I've had in previous Airbnbs, and everything was easy to find. Margie was very kind and responsive when we communicated. All in all a great place to stay!

Had a last-minute business trip to Watkins Glen, and all of the decent hotels had limited availability. This place was perfect. We found a restaurant right down the street and ate there both nights. Dunkin Donuts was almost directly across the street, so we didn't even bother with the coffee maker in the morning. Hot tub was a nice bonus on the 2nd night!

My wife and I had a great stay here. We specifically chose this place for the excellent internet, as my wife needed to work remotely for a day, and it didn’t disappoint. The space was clean, and it was very easy to find parking. However, there were some parking restrictions that were unclear and not well explained in the handbook, especially regarding alternate side parking. It seems to be a remodeled older home that’s divided into two units. Be aware that the floors upstairs are quite creaky, and sounds from the other unit downstairs were noticeable. This didn’t bother us since we’re heavy sleepers, but if you’re a light sleeper, it could be more noticeable. Overall, it was a good stay. Be sure to check out Tanglewood Nature Reserve, it’s only a short drive and offers great hikes.

If you are visiting The Southern Tier of NY, Diane’s place is where you must stay. This gorgeous loft-style, upscale home is also perfect for parents visiting their kids at Ithaca College or Cornell. It is incredibly spacious, but feels homey too. I was visiting my son for Christmas, and we enjoyed a very special holiday together here. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with Everything!! I actually didn’t even rent a car & walked to shops and restaurants even in December with no problem. The bed is very comfortable, nice large bathtub and modern laundry. Diane is incredibly kind and responds immediately to any requests. Highly Recommend!

I stayed in the upper floor unit of this duplex. The interior has been refreshed while retaining the original charming elements of when it was first built. The beds were comfortable the shower had good water pressure and hot water. I was staying due to work at the UHS hospital and this location could not have been more convenient!

Honestly had no complaints about our stay here. The place was perfect, clean, spacious and comfortable! It felt like a home away from home. Darya was great and communicative. My family and I loved staying at Matt’s place again and we are looking forward to staying at Matt’s place again in the future. Matt’s place is so beautiful, and it is beautifully decorated. It is immaculate , you could eat off the floors . It has everything we needed, it’s so roomy and it has such a warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. The location is beautiful too, Greene is a beautiful town. We had breakfast two times at Bonnies, it was so delicious . The communication with Matt was excellent . I highly recommend Matt’s place , I promise you will enjoy your stay .

Very happy with my stay! It was cozy and the hot tub was a nice treat. Location is great and there is plenty of food places nearby. Shalisa and her family were very polite and accommodating. Next time i’m in town I will definitely be staying here again!
