There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft with home theater system, balcony with a little sea view, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, large continuous wooden deck with associated gas grill and heater. The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge River with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you will find a café, bakery, camping and country shop. Åhus is 10 km away with a nice selection of restaurants and entertainment.

Close to natural areas, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (about 20 min), golf courses and shopping in Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram is quiet, beautiful and peaceful at a convenient distance from the new E22. You can quickly reach the Öresund region; Malmö (80 km) and Copenhagen (110 km). Skåne offers a lot of activities, culture, farm shops, flea markets and not least, good food.

Welcome to Harpan. Here you will find an oasis in the middle of the beech forest, where the beech trees and the cow pasture surround the house with its large veranda. Relax with birdsong and cows strolling outside the large panoramic windows. Here you can curl up on the sofa in front of the fire with a book, or use the projector to have your own movie screening. Here you live privately in a cozy cottage with proximity to Österlen and with fantastic hiking trails with Skåneleden that passes by the house.

You will live in the old stone buildings with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large social spaces with their own cinema and wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own mustery (Maglehem's mustery) where we produce and sell our must, apple wine and calvados.

The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.
