Here you live quietly and secluded with views of fields and meadows in a beautiful traditional Skåne environment. The ground floor consists of a large open living room that houses the living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs there is a cozy bedroom and a living room with extra beds. At the top, there is a sleeping loft in the attic. In the large bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The barn is located at the back of the main building Hallavara farm, which is 250 sqm and is also rented out on Airbnb separately.
