Skärsnäs is a hamlet in the Northeast of Skåne, a good hour by car north of Kristianstad. The property used to be a small farm. It is surrounded by forests and in walking distance to the beautiful lake Immeln. The rental space is in the main house and in the converted barn, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in each for 1- 8 people. Kayaking, fishing (w. permit), canoeing is possible, and otherwise just enjoying the nature and the total peacefulness Shopping 20minutes by car (no shops in Skärsnäs).

På 2:a våningen finns två sovrum med fyra sängar, en bäddsoffa, extra tältsäng samt en uppfällbar spjälsäng för små barn

Lägenheten är 35 kvm med plats för 2 personer. Egen uteplats och badrum. Tillgång till gemensamt orangeri, uteplatser och del av den mysiga innergården. Finns 2 lägenheter i gästhuset. Cykelavstånd till Lomma centrum, hamnen och stranden (3km). Nära till tåg och buss till Malmö, Köpenhamn och Lund.

Lofthus på Skånegård

Det charmiga gamla sädesmagasinet från förra sekelskiftet har gjorts om till ett vackert och bohemiskt boende i två plan plus loft. Här bor du lugnt och avskilt med vid utsikt över åkrar och ängar i en vacker traditionell skånsk miljö. Bottenvåningen består av ett stort öppet allrum som rymmer vardagsrum, kök och matplats. En trappa upp finns ett mysigt sovrum och ett sällskapsrum med extra sängplatser. Högst upp ett sovloft på vinden. I det stora badrummet finns dusch och egen tvättmaskin.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more.
