The old farmhouse was modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets, as well as an updated bathroom, new flooring in the living room, and a wood-burning stove. The house includes a spacious garden living room as well as a large garden with a lovely west-facing terrace. The house is within cycling distance to both the beach, forest and several historical attractions.

Enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature from the armchairs by the room's large window to the west. The annex contains: kitchen, (dining) living room/bedroom - divided by a half wall. Here is a dining table, 2 armchairs, a three-quarter bed, a sofa bed, a baby bed. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hotplates, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, tableware, etc. There is a separate toilet building for the annex. Laundry: in the private laundry room for 30 kr. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 35./5 Euro per set. Pets are welcome.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. Washer There is Wi-Fi and a flat screen with Chromecast
