Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the end of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis in the archipelago setting. Here you have your own patio with barbecue and 100 meters to the sea with access to our private jetty and row boat. A couple of hundred meters into the forest, there is also a cozy swimming lake. The cottage has its own entrance and parking, double bed, simple kitchen, outdoor shower, incineration toilet and possibility of extra bed, loan of paddleboard and bikes. Perfect dream vacation home in the Stockholm area archipelago with nice combination of scenic nature experience and easy access by car and public transport to Stockholm city for day trips and other activities (golf, kayak/ canoe, sailing etc.). The house and the patio/ garden area has the picture perfect Scandinavian „hygge“ feeling to it with very modern equipment & a nice personal touch and the spacious areas make it ideally suitable even for a longer term stay! Thank you Christine and Marten for your great hospitality and making us very much feel at „home away from home“ for our summer vacation!!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, modern and with a great panorama view on the forest! There is a lake nearby as well as cute bathing spots. The check-in went smoothly and the apartment was clean and really well equipped with everything. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a wonderful week. The cottages are very nice and equipped with everything you need. We were with 5 adult children and then it is very pleasant to have different cottages. Nature is wonderful and you can swim nearby. The swimming spot by the diving board was our favorite! Anna and Tomas, thank you so much for letting us stay at your place for a good week. I really liked staying here! The location is amazing if you want to be in nature and take a bit of rest from the city. Also if you like to visit Stockholm it is really easy to, when the bus stop is right by. The hosts are really friendly and caring! When we arrived we found a little welcome gift - a sweet treat for us. That made us feel really welcome here! :)) I recommend staying here if you would like to see a little bit of Sweden’s nature, sleep surrounded by trees and wake up to peaceful nature!🌲
