Perfect family house for vacation located less than 100m. from the beach. It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor) .The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed.It also has a child's bed.In the living room there is a sofa bed and an open single bed ,fully equipped kitchen (microwave,oven,fridge), it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also A/C, fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden, BBQ.

We stayed in this beautiful house for one week and it was more than pleasant. We used the kitchen every day and it was fully equipped and clean. The yard is the perl in the crown.. nice, clean, perfect for kids or just to take a nap or chill in the afternoon.. our daughter was more than happy to play there. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always responding to all my questions fast and accurate. The area is nice, there are delicious restaurants nearby and the main beach of Nea Peramos is accessible by food, however we drove to ammolofoi beach, which is very beautiful and takes only 10 min by car to be reached. We will definitely come back to this lovely place.

We had a perfect and very enjoyable stay. There was a pristine, quiet cove within walking distance of the house. Since it was the end of the season, it was very peaceful, and we didn’t need to go to another beach for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the garden of the house. There was no parking problem. It’s a calm and peaceful place. It was an unforgettable experience among birdsong and olive trees. Maria and her husband were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would love to come again.

The apartment has a great sea view and is located near a quiet beach. The terrace is amazing. It has everything necessary for a stay of 4 people. Close to Limenas, where there are shops and restaurants. Chrysanthi describes the location well and assists with check-in. It was a surprise to me that the ferry could be heard especially early in the morning and the special use of the water heater, which must be run for 15 min and turned off before use.

The space was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We just LOVED Dimitrios's place. The place was super cozy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped with decent WiFi, and plenty of space both indoors and out, to have such an amazing, quiet, peaceful stay. It was right on the water, and hearing the sound of the gentle waves during our stay was so relaxing. And Dimitrios was such a wonderful, kind host, responding very quickly to anything we needed and just being very helpful. Would absolutely go back and stay here :)
