This place is fabulous. The accommodation is almost new and kept to a high standard. That view Wow! It’s difficult to prise yourself away from the Villa as it’s so comfortable sitting by the pool, soaking up the sun and having such a lovely villa with all of its amenities to hand. Kostas and Tammy are lovely friendly people, they were responsive and Kostas met us in the village upon arrival ( 2mins away) as finding the Villa would have otherwise been tricky. It’s up a hill and a good walk to the nearest bar / restaurant, so we found a car essential. Kostas recommended a local car hire company and they were fabulous 👍. Alan the cat is a bonus , so friendly , we felt obliged to keep him nourished. He’s not allowed inside the Villa but he is in no way a nuisance, just a lovely character. There are many bars and restaurants, some on the beach front and some in the village. Again car essential ( or local taxi). I would highly recommend this accommodation 👍

Tout était parfait dans cette villa ! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison avec tout le nécessaire à disposition et même des cadeaux de bienvenue ! Les 2 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain et leur TV sont un vrai plus. Nous qui étions partis à 5 et qui faisions dormir bébé dans le salon, nous pouvions chacun avoir notre espace indépendant une fois bébé couché. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de lit parapluie sur place MAIS le propriétaire a proposé d'en déposer un une fois arrivés mais nous avions déjà prévu le nécessaire.. c'est bon à savoir pour les prochains ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

If you have any doubts about renting this property, forget them!! world travellers & hands down the loveliest air bnb I've been in. Extremely clean, well maintained - just BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. The family have poured alot of love into the properties. We had the BEST trip & that's just the location and property. Add to that the wonderful family that host, they are kind, generous, communicative and honestly so lovely...like staying with family. I got emotional when we had to leave 😭. They left fresh eggs, bread,wine, olive oil, jams, honey etc. Great equipped kitchen & bbq area. After a day out we found beautiful cakes had been left in the fridge after they came to do pool maintenance. After hearing we had a bad time at a cafe they cheered us up with kebabs, fresh pittas & sausages from their butchers. So delicious!! This is a hilly area, if you have mobility issues check out their other beautiful property which also looks amazing. We will be back!Thank you so much guys!!

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The pool was wonderful for relaxing, and the outdoor kitchen made dining outside very enjoyable. The garden and views were beautiful, and we even saw some wild boars passing by the property, which made the experience extra special. The hosts were also very thoughtful and brought us some of their own olive oil, which was a nice touch. They responded to our messages very quickly and were always helpful. For a bit of constructive feedback: the kitchen could be a little better equipped, and it would have been great to have some charcoal and fire starters provided for the outdoor grill. Overall, it was a great stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Aufenthalt im Oktopus Garden. Aggia Effimia schmiegt sich in eine Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser. Der kleine Ort bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, darüber hinaus gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants. Das Appartement ist perfekt gelegen mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht, direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Strand, der zum Baden einlädt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten des Appartements ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und sehr gepflegt, er lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die kleine schwarze Katze gehört zum Appartement und begrüßte uns jeden Morgen. Dionysia ist eine gute Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank war fantastisch. Die Kaktusbar (tagsüber Café – abends Bar), die sie und ihre Familie führen, befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Appartements, hier haben wir täglich unseren Frühstücks

Das Haus liegt an einer traumhaften Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Karolos ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Where do I start. Angelos Village is an oasis of luxury, a dreamy place I didn't want to leave. The hospitality was fantastic, great communication with Andreas. Hara met me and showed me what to see and do on Paxos, and was just so lovely. The room itself was spotless, a haven after long days out walking and beaching. The pool was a dream, with lots of little areas to sit and soak up the sun (or relax in the shade). I've never seen anything like the complimentary, homemade breakfast basket -- there was just so much food (did me for breakfast and lunch), it was different every day, and every single bit was truly delicious. Yes, it is a bit of a steep climb up from Lakka town, but as many other reviewers have mentioned, 1000% worth it for the superb view and the peace and quiet. Nearby Orkos Beach is a gem, as is Lakkos/Orkou Beach (a bit more of a walk but worth it). Overall, this is one of my favourite Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Do not hesitate to book it for a special stay on Paxos.

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Paradies! Wer es ruhig mag und seine Privatsphäre schätzt, ist hier absolut richtig. Wir hatten den kleinen Strand vor dem Haus immer für uns alleine. Und auf der großzügigen Terrasse haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist relativ einfach eingerichtet, hat aber wirklich alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der eigene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung hat uns ein großzügiger Korb mit Kaffee, Wein und Snacks erwartet. Auch ausreichend Wasser war vorhanden. Rundum großartig! Wir haben sofort wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Kohyli Apartment! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Ort lädt zum entspannen ein. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich kleine Shops, Cafés und Restaurants mit Meerblick. Marina und ihre Mutter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Marina antwortet sehr schnell war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren perfekt. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles 💛 Wir würden wieder kommen!

Can’t recommend Theodoros’ place highly enough - a little slice of paradise short drive from the charming town of Vasiliki. George was fantastic, so proactive and attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel so welcome and looked after our entire stay and went above and beyond. Have to mention the view. It does not get old - the pictures here were pretty spectacular but the view is truly breathtaking!!! We were a little hesitant to book due to the limited info/pictures so glad we did. We can’t wait to come back 💕

Δεν ξέρω από που να ξεκινήσω. Αρχικά μόλις φτάσαμε στο νησί ο Ανδρέας μας οδήγησε ο ίδιος στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με πολλά παραπάνω από τα απαραίτητα. Μας παρείχαν εξάδα με εμφιαλωμένα νερά , καινούρια απορρυπαντικά και σφουγγάρι πιάτων , κεράσματα , και κάψουλες espresso. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και φαινόταν με την πρώτη ματιά ότι αυτό το σπίτι φτιάχτηκε με πολύ μεράκι. Επίσης η κίνηση με τα φρεσκοκομμένα λουλούδια στο βάζο του σπιτιού μας συγκίνησε ιδιαίτερα . Η τοποθεσία απίστευτη , μέσα στις ελιές , και με την καλύτερη θέα των παξων μέσα από ένα μονοπάτι. Ειλικρινά δεν βρήκαμε τίποτα αρνητικό και σίγουρα αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί το κατάλυμα αυτό θα είναι ξανά η επιλογή μας. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν.

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Special thanks to the owners - wish you a good health and keep up what you do!

We had a great stay! The flat was very good and located high up, which gave us a magnificent view. The flat is large, very well equipped and comfortable, perfect for 4 people. Thank you to Thasos for his welcome and kindness ☺️ 100% recommended ✨

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for us. The views were stunning and the location was so tranquil. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We received a warm welcome from the owner’s father, Akis. We arrived late in the day and rather than driving in the dark, asked his advice regarding having food delivered. He was so helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend staying at Sun and Moon.

Μια υπέροχη ιδιοκτησία, μέσα σε ένα μεγάλο οικόπεδο γεμάτο δέντρα και λουλούδια. Ολα ήταν όπως φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Τα 4 υπνοδωμάτια με τα ιδιωτικά μπάνια είναι ένα μεγάλο plus καθώς μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν άνετα 2 διαφορετικές οικογένειες. Ο χώρος στην ταράτσα του οικήματος επίσης εντυπωσιακός. Τα παιδιά χάρηκαν την πισίνα! Davide ευχαριστούμε για τις υπέροχες διακοπές του Πάσχα. Ευχόμαστε να μπορέσουμε να επιστρέψουμε για το καλοκαίρι! ΥΓ: η Λευκάδα είναι value for money ως προορισμός. Τα Σύβοτα Λευκάδας επίσης υπέροχα και γραφικά!
