Luxury seaside apartment

This seaside apartment is located in the heart of the small and idyllic town Ekenäs just an hour away from Helsinki. The sea, restaurants and bars and of course the beach is really just seconds away. The apartment is about 180m2 and divided into three floors, with four bedrooms. We do have a handicap-friendly elevator you can use if needed. The house has two bathrooms and is also equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna, of course. We'd love to tell you more - so don't hesitate to contact us!

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Top floor city apartment with balcony

This top floor apartment is newly renovated and it's facing the inner yard with a great view and quietness. It has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The thing I enjoy most is a balcony with nice view to the rooftops of Helsinki. Apartment is centrally located nearby Hietalahti marketplace, the sea but also a short walking distance to Kamppi and central railwaystation, if not into walking you might use nearby tram or city bikes.

Stunning renovated art-deco apartment available now (28m2, living room, kitchen and spacious sleeping loft) in Eira, a very central and the most prestigious area of Helsinki. We stayed at the apartment for 1 month, when my husband received treatment at the Docrates hospital. We thought the apartment was very well equipped with all the amenities that you want + a little more. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to take advantage of the amazing terrace, we were there at the end of March-April. We can't think of any better accommodation for a long time. We also thought our host was a real super host, Flexible, quick when we had requests.

We find it was the perfect place for us, with a separate bedroom and an excellent bed. It is a very confortable flat, and we felt at home right away. The location is great, close to the center, with parks close by, and lots of trams and buses to take you practically anywhere quite easily. Riikka was very friendly and helpful. We loved staying at her place.

Mikko was an extremely friendly and helpful host. His apartment was also very nice and well-decorated, with good access to the bus, train etc. A few things stood out to me about the experience: 1. When I was deciding where to stay, one of my considerations was how quickly I would be able to make it to the airport. When chatting with Mikko, he went above and beyond to let me know how often the buses ran, and generally the timing of the bus that would get me there on time. 2. The apartment was very clean, and had an extremely nice vibe. I personally like walking, and so found it a good location to get to the Helsinki Cathedral, etc. (it took about 30 minutes—I kept stopping for photos). The public transportation in the area is also great, and I think that it would only have taken about 10 minutes should I have pursued that option.

This was one of the best place we have stayed in in Helsinki and we come almost every month. We absolutely loved it, the flat is beautiful and really well furnished, modern but welcoming. It feels homey and is really comfortable. It is located in a really nice area, close to the sea but 5min. by tram to the city center and the tram is about 25m. from the door. Edward was a great host, very reactive and accommodating. We are already planning to come back here as much as we can in the coming months :)

Everything was great. The apartment had a good location, and it was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a longer stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
