Stayed 1 night for Hari Raya celebration. Akib’s place was very clean and well maintained. They provide you with towels for each room, complete with kitchenware and washer. The 1.2m pool outside is convenient to cool yourself off during the day or night. Living room is comfortable and tastefully renovated. All the rooms were also air conditioned and made the stay a lot more comfortable.

Overall is good, just some tiny problem, which when check in got some smell like damp inside, but it will become better after couple hours

We and our guest’s pets had a wonderful two days staying in Hawe’s place. The water scene is beautiful, neighbourhood is serene and quiet, nice place to stroll around and relax. The house is good too, clean and equipped with what we needed. Hawe is polite and pleasant to communicate with.

Amazing host with extremely responsive. Located 20 mins away from Ipoh City Centre but it was a great area to stay since we spend most of the time inside the house!

This place is not only extremely affordable , it’s convenient (walkable distance to all the famous kopitiams), clean, spacious and quiet. The view from the 18th floor is 💯 I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will stay here again whenever I’m in Ipoh.

Great place to gather with your Family / Friends. Complete facilities such as Kitchen (Got Coway, Available to cook, Kitchenware etc) But the Pool dirty, cant use it. Same as Jacuzzi, its not functioning. The rest, great !! Thanks for your great accommodation. We have a Great Raya Gathering ~ ✨

Ye Sen is very responsive and helpful. The location is great as it's only 5 mins walk to the beach. Restaurants and supermarket is just 2 mins walk.

I stay with my family with my niece. We had nice stay there, had a peaceful sleep. The check in and check out was very easy. The apartment surroundling also peaceful. The place was very clear. As other mentioned if you travel with 2 cars means it will be difficult for the 2nd car to find the parking. Other than that is awesome place to stay.
