Highly recommended! We absolutely LOVE Wendy’s place The Grove. Our second time staying, this time for 8 nights. Perfect from the moment we walked in! Warm, stylish, comfortable, with that luxury hotel feel and smell. So fresh, clean and welcoming, with treats to eat and everything we needed for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds, quiet for sleeping and lots of wardrobe space. Great dishwasher, washing machine and private clothes line outside. Wendy you are the perfect host, friendly and thoughtful with excellent communication. Thank you for having us.

Michael and Julie’s home is exactly as advertised. Exceptionally clean, organized and well stocked. We loved that the home layout allowed for our party of three to have their own “space” and spread out. The sunroom was enjoyed by all of us! Cheers to the fantastic neighbor who gave us a friendly moving wave each day!

It was our first time in Boat Harbour and we can’t wait to get back! This would have to be one of the top accommodation picks in Boat Harbour. Great outlook and lots of sun. Ideal for the cooler months. After a day of exploring the amazing coastline at the back door, it was a pleasure to return to the warmth of this sun drenched home! Would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone looking at staying in Boat Harbour.

This cottage keeps the charm of the original old house, but with all the modern comforts that make the stay really cozy. The location couldn’t be better—walk out the front door and you’ve got this beautiful view of Stanley’s coastline right there. A really lovely touch was the port wine in the glass decanter—so thoughtful, and perfect for a quiet drink at night. My mum especially loved it. Would definitely recommend!

Northern View at Boat Harbour Beach

We stayed at Roger & Miranda's property at Boat Harbour Beach for 3 nights with 7 adults. The house was spacious, the kitchen well stocked with the bits and pieces we needed, lots of pots, pans, glasses, plates etc, it did feel like we had everything we needed and more. The sunroom was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the fantastic views. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The bed was amazing, the shower was excellent, and everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Rose was kind and polite, and she left fresh fruit and a delicious rose and tangerine jam. Her garden is beautiful, and communication was perfect. Great location too — I’d definitely go back and recommend it!

A beautifully presented bnb with all the comforts of home. A perfect spot, we were able to leave the car and walk to some of the local Wynyard trails and cafes some days, then go for drives to Stanley, the west coast and into the hinterland. All wonderful and memorable experiences. Hayley was great with all communications and we would definitely stay at Lylahs again.

Excellent location for exploring Northwest and Central Highlands. Beautiful beach across the street and Tasting trail is not to be missed! Clean, welcoming space that felt like a well loved home. Excellent kitchen with basic supplies. Host is quick to respond to questions and our stay was perfect in every way. Would come back again!

Highly recommend Cookies Corner! The place is even better than described. It has everything you can think of, and lots of space to spread out and relax. It is very close to the centre of Penguin - just about a 1 min drive! Marcus is also incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Look forward to coming again in the future.

This was a lovely last stay in Tasmania before we headed back to Melbourne. A very clean and neat cottage, and we loved the chickens and cows (thanks Wendy for giving us a chicken tour with such short notice!). Sitting on the deck just looking at the ocean was my favourite thing to do here, but we also really enjoyed discovering the towns of Latrobe and nearby Penguin (which had a great cafe and other things open on Good Friday for which we were very thankful!). A lovely part of Tassie, thanks for hosting us.

Wow - a truly spectacular home. We had a wonderful one night stay and were made to feel so welcome. Views are amazing from every room and you feel relaxed the minute you arrive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Stanley with family and friends! The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi at first, but Collin was super responsive and quickly addressed the issue, even checking with the neighbors. The best part was the thoughtful touches for kids – tons of toys, coloring sheets, and pencils, plus plenty of books and games for adults. It made the stay so enjoyable for everyone. What a great place to stay . We loved it and highly recommend to others . A fantastic location right on the beach with beautiful views of the water . The place is very comfortable with lots of sun . Beds and furniture very comfortable and had all we needed . It’s a great location to stay , hopefully we can return. Able to do an early check in and check out which was very generous of the host and greatly appreciated .
