Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you go down to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a deck overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

Beautiful apartment recently built (July 2018) with elevator, garage parking (for small cars), air conditioning, WIFI and a large terrace facing south. It is located in Via Ungheria, a short walk from the sea, in a new neighborhood surrounded by greenery. You can reach the beautiful beach of Poetto in 20 minutes on foot along a path that runs along the natural park of Molentargius. The neighborhood offers all the necessary amenities for your stay.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
