Host Laysa is super attentive, she got in touch after the reservation, passed on all the information, tips and answered questions… Check-in was super easy and flexible. The house is better than the photos, it accommodated 15 people and 2 pets very well and practically has everything in the house for a stay.

The house is excellent, very spacious and nice. It has all kitchen utensils, hammocks on the balcony, chairs and tables in the outdoor area, pool with waterfall, etc. Township facing the sea and at the same time with privacy and security, as it is all walled. The township accommodated very well our group of 14 people. The problems that arose during our stay were promptly resolved by the homemaker and her team, we had assistance 100% of the time.

The proposal was to stay in the house, and it was very worthwhile. Spacious and airy house, clean pools, everything functional. The sea is not the most attractive, and for children it is not ideal, but we already knew that. Because it's close to downtown, it's all very practical. Thiago recommended D. Francisca, who takes care of the house cleaning, and she is a person of great cordiality! Always willing, excellent cook and very punctual!

Simply one of the best places we've ever stayed. We were in three couples. I won't go into much detail because one thing already sums it up: I even contacted the host to find out how much she wanted to buy the property. Charming! Air-conditioning in all rooms, multiple TVs, all possible kitchen utensils and equipment. There is nothing to complain about this wonder. All bed and bath linens were available! We will certainly return many times!

We spent Holy Week in this house, we were received by Eduardo's parents, Mr. Ivanildo and Mrs. Bernadete, who explained the instructions very well. The house is wonderful, very safe, close to the beach, and from the center we felt at home, great pool, everything very clean, the house contains everything you need. It's definitely a place I'd like to go back to.

I spent the Easter holiday at the house, I took my parents, in-laws and a couple of friends and two children with me. They were excellent days, everyone reported comfort in their sleep. The external environment of the house was the one we used the most, lots of greenery and comfort, the pool was really enjoyed by the children and my in-laws took advantage of the television and the living room, as they had mobility issues. When the room has the glass curtain completely open, it becomes a large and ventilated environment. The beach is another strong point, it is a private beach, without street vendors, which brings a rare peace and tranquility to find on the beaches near Recife. The condominium is very safe, full of beautiful houses and the people are very friendly, everyone is committed. I hope I can come back more often.

Wow! This house is truly “The House” to stay in! Our family enjoyed our time just right next to the beautiful beach, the amazing pools, incredible activities inside and outside the house. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are just a short drive away and when we wanted to just hang out and relax, the house supplies spacious living areas. You’ll have multiple options to eat inside to eat outside and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is right there. We chose a half day cooking and cleaning help and it made our time even more enjoyable. I am hoping to visit Julio’s house again! Amazing house giving precious memories.
