All right. The area is very beautiful, very close to the beach. The pool area is very large and well maintained. The only thing is that the tap water is muddy.

Our stay was wonderful once again! It's the third time we've stayed, and as always, everything was impeccable. The experience fully met our expectations, ensuring comfort and quality in every detail. We can't wait to go back!

The house is excellent, very spacious and nice. It has all kitchen utensils, hammocks on the balcony, chairs and tables in the outdoor area, pool with waterfall, etc. Township facing the sea and at the same time with privacy and security, as it is all walled. The township accommodated very well our group of 14 people. The problems that arose during our stay were promptly resolved by the homemaker and her team, we had assistance 100% of the time.

We have no words to describe how good it is to stay in Hans and dear Rose's paradise. It has already become our second home. We were looking forward to the day we could go to paradise, and when it was time to leave, we were already planning to return and counting the days until our return. Thank you Hans and Rose for the affection, attention, zeal that you have for me and my family!! See you soon!! Smell!!

The proposal was to stay in the house, and it was very worthwhile. Spacious and airy house, clean pools, everything functional. The sea is not the most attractive, and for children it is not ideal, but we already knew that. Because it's close to downtown, it's all very practical. Thiago recommended D. Francisca, who takes care of the house cleaning, and she is a person of great cordiality! Always willing, excellent cook and very punctual!

It exceeded expectations!! The house is large, with well distributed spaces and a great location, in front of the sea, in an area of natural pools with excellent bathing. Leisure has a swimming pool, sun loungers and barbecue, in a wooded area overlooking the sea. The property is very well equipped and we don't miss anything! We found everything very clean and organized. We were received by Aparecida, who is a 10 person and remained with us throughout the stay, making our experience even better.

We were delighted with the stay! The house is a true paradise — beautiful, well-kept and with a wonderful energy. It was the perfect setting for my family to relax and reconnect. I spent the Easter holiday at the house, I took my parents, in-laws and a couple of friends and two children with me. They were excellent days, everyone reported comfort in their sleep. The external environment of the house was the one we used the most, lots of greenery and comfort, the pool was really enjoyed by the children and my in-laws took advantage of the television and the living room, as they had mobility issues. When the room has the glass curtain completely open, it becomes a large and ventilated environment. The beach is another strong point, it is a private beach, without street vendors, which brings a rare peace and tranquility to find on the beaches near Recife. The condominium is very safe, full of beautiful houses and the people are very friendly, everyone is committed. I hope I can come back more often.

The house is very good, the pool is wonderful, everything is very organized. We only had a problem with one of the air-conditioners that didn't cool down enough. Henrique assisted us and was always ready to help.
