Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Located in the middle of Arrabida Natural Park, surrounded by vineyards and only 15 minutes drive from nearby beaches, Carrascal is an ideal place for a well deserved break. Feel nature at its best and only 40 min drive from vibrant Lisbon! Galapinhos beach has been nominated as Europe's most beautiful beach!! We can accommodate up to 4 people travelling together, happy to share a shower room. Second bedroom available for bookings of more than 2 people. Pool available from June onwards.

SkySuite

The Skysuite is a unique and private studio / loft space. The property benefits from stunning views and a private 50m2 roof terrace , complete with retractable shade. It has its own private entrance off of a communal lift servicing the top floor of an apartment building. Centrally located in Carcavelos, the Skysuite offers 180 degree views of the sea and Caparica Coast line. Furnished with a double bed and sofa , amenities include a kitchenette and dedicated cardio and workspace areas.

Studio Ocean Drive

Ocean Drive (36m²) comprises of an open sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200), a kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker and fridge, a bathroom with shower, heating, smart TV. It furthermore includes a dining table, a large outside terrace/patio overlooking the pool. Guests may make use of the outside BBQ, the OFYR outdoor cooking, Wood fired (pizza) oven, basket field, pool and the outdoor bar. Excellent Internet connection (320Mbps). Work table and chair available.

Cascais Amazing GardenHouse With Shared PlungePool

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front. The apartment is located by foot, 7 mins from Metro Anjos, 13 mins from Graça and 23 mins from downtown Lisbon.

There is an independent entrance to your ground floor space, with a large bedroom with a king-size bed plus two extra single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a bathroom with a spacious shower; there is direct access to the garden and swimming pool areas; there is also a patio/bbq area with a large tent. Perfect location! 5 minute's drive to the famous Guincho beach and 5 minutes drive to Downtown Cascais.

Charming studio in a residential area of Estoril, 10-15 minutes walk from Casino Estoril, Golf and Tamariz Beach. Recommended for 2 guests. Malvarosa Studio+ is located in a private villa from the 40's. The interior is spacious and comfortable. It is surrounded by a private garden with swimming pool and outdoor relaxing area exclusively for our Guests. Excellent for those who like comfort with simplicity and privacy!
