Points forts de notre appartement : Emplacement privilégié : À moins de 30 minutes du cœur de Bruxelles et à 7 minutes de marche de l'arrêt de tram 4, vous reliant facilement à la grande place et la Gare du Midi et d'autres destinations clés. Cuisine équipée. Espaces confortables. De plus, grâce à notre proximité avec l'autoroute, explorer la région en voiture est un jeu d'enfant!

Duplex cosy bien placé

Cet agréable duplex est situé à deux pas de la Basilique, au 3ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Il offre le confort nécessaire à un bon séjour (literie neuve, Wi-Fi, Netflix, bureau,...). Plusieurs commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries, restaurants) se situent à proximité directe. Le centre ville se trouve à 15 minutes en transports en commun (facilement accessibles depuis l'appartement) et 10 minutes en voiture (possibilité de se garer facilement dans le quartier).

Le logement est situé à 30m de la station métro La Roue (20min en transport en commun pour arriver au centre ou 10 min en voiture), dans une rue calme et proche de commodité. Le studio se trouve au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison dans laquelle vous trouverez également 2 chambres en location. Les visiteurs ont l'accès à la terrasse ensoleillé à l'arrière de l'immeuble.
