Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, besonders der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit bei Gino verbracht, der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Auch ist uns der sehr gepflegte Garten positiv aufgefallen. Allein die unbefestigte Straße zur Unterkunft wurde wohl durch den Regen etwas in Mitleidenschaft zugezogen. Dennoch war es selbst für unser kleines Mietauto (Fiat Panda) kein Problem, diese zu befahren. Man muss sich deswegen also keinerlei Sorgen machen! Wenn wir nochmal eine Unterkunft in der Gegend suchen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Luca is a great host, he is easy to reach and always helpful and approachable. The apartment is in a great location, clean and lovingly decorated. The highlight is of course the roof terrace 😊 We had a perfect week there.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

Wir haben ganz spontan nur 30 Minuten vor unserer Ankunft eine Anfrage an Silvia geschickt – und waren begeistert, wie schnell und unkompliziert sie reagiert hat. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, freundlich und effizient. Alles hat perfekt geklappt, und wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Flexibilität und tolle Organisation – gerne wieder!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Angebot, war modern und großzügig eingerichtet, so dass uns nichts gefehlt hat.

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Leandro and his wife are definitely top hosts! This was one of the best stays ever. Really everything you could want was present in the house. We’ve got biscuits, home made jam and some fresh drinks in the fridge. The garden is very cosy and nice at night with lights. The cleanliness is unbelievable. An excellent location to explore Villasimius and Cagliari. Thans again for thus wonderful stay

Le logement de Barbara offre un parfait confort. Literie, décoration, accès, fournitures… Tout est parfait. Barbara est en plus très gentille, réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande à 100% !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Wir waren 1 Woche bei Maurizio im Haus und haben uns sehr geborgen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und mit allem was eine kleine Familie braucht ausgestattet. Unsere Tochter hat die Katzen sehr gemocht. Zudem ist die Umgebung um das Haus sehr spannend und macht Freude zu erkunden. Hier leben einige Kinder, sodass es viel zu Spielen gibt. Alle Menschen die wir angetroffen haben waren sehr sehr nett. Mit Feraxi haben wir einen ganz tollen Familienstrand für uns entdeckt. Wer authentisch und Abseits der Touristenunterkünfte Urlauben möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Lieben Dank für die gute Zeit!

Tolles, geräumiges und vor allem modernes AirBnB, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Silvia ist außerdem gut erreichbar und noch auf den ein oder anderen Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Hinsichtlich der Lage braucht es wohl in jedem Fall ein Auto - dann lassen sich Cagliari, viele Strände oder Wanderwege aber schnell erreichen. Man wohnt also recht ruhig und kann gleichzeitig schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Uns hat das super gefallen!

Siamo stati solo una notte e siamo stati bene. La casa è pulita e c'è tutto ciò che occorre. Posizione comoda e host gentilissimo.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marcantonio. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, neu, schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war wunderschön, alles ist perfekt für Familien eingerichtet. Marcantonio war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Er hat selber Kinder und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, viele Strände sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die Hügel und Weinberge waren ein Traum. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

Vi hade några fina dagar i Poetto. Boendet var rent och fint och nära stranden. Silvia är en fantastisk värd. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor. Hon gav tydliga instruktioner för lägenheten och bra information om området. Rekommenderar detta boende.
