Hotel vacation rentals in Singer Island

We tremendously enjoyed our time at Sea Sunrise! The location is perfect….ocean views and beautiful sun in the morning, beach access across the street, and walkable to many attractions for us as a family with a 6 yo. Gary and Stacey were helpful and communicative. Couldn’t ask for a better spot in Juno beach….we had plan to return!

This property is amazing. It’s very clean and has a little private shared garden and patio w a grill. Our room was very large w a small kitchen, large bedroom, and large living room. The location could not be better. The the community beach is 2 blocks away (5 min walk). Best beach. Hands down. A 5 min walk the other direction is a small shopping/ restaurant district. It closes around 10pm but it’s prefect for grabbing a beer and hearing live music. A 5 min drive towards the intercoastal is the Sailfish Marina. Upscale Marina restaurant with great sunset views. The location is ideal if you just want to land in PBI and have a nice weekend vacation. Derek provides beach towels in the room and complimentary beach chairs. This place is a hidden gem.

Residence was beautiful! A quick walk to the beach and very private, unlike the usual beach scenes. We got to see sea turtle go back into the ocean after nesting during sunrise. Plenty of cool free or nearly free things to do. Blowing Rocks was gorgeous! Eat out using restaurant list provided by Gary or eat in. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking for two. We will be back soon!

We booked Apt 1 for a 7-day stay to visit my Delray Beach office, with my husband joining for after-hours events. He worked from the AirBnB during the day while I was at the office, and found it quiet with reliable high-speed internet. The location was great, walking distance to Atlantic Avenue and my office, plus the pool, BBQ, and communal patio were a nice bonus. Though construction on a neighboring lot had just started, there was no disruption in noise or debris at the AirBnB. On the first night, we noticed a leak thru the bottom of the the shower door, notified Anne who arranged for a handyman to fix it promptly. We’d definitely book with Anne at this, or any of her properties again—she’s an excellent host.

Great location and the hotel staff was super helpful. Host was easy to get a hold of. The building is being remodeled and restored so it might look a bit odd, besides that, the room was comfortable and clean, the place is peaceful and the pool was amazing. Bathroom could use a little upgrade, but in reality, it is not a deal breaker. Apartment is within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and stores.

The room was just enough for my daughter and I for a college visit to PBA... nice to be able to spend one day on the beach ( the access was tricky but we asked around because so many gates say private so just ask a local unless its explained to you!) This is not the fault of the owner but I wish it was a rule of the hotel that vaping of cannabis products are banned... we smelled it every day in the halls, that was a turn off because the building is very nostalgic but that changed the tone a bit. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and overall experience. Our flight was late at night and really appreciated the few hour later checkout. It allowed us to enjoy the beach for a bit in the morning. Thank you

The Amrit is definitely a must stay! The staff is so friendly and they take the best care of you. They are always on top of cleaning, replenishing towels, offering food and drinks, etc. This is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I definitely plan on coming back! The views, the amenities, the overall experience is a 10/10.

Great communication from host. Amenities were great. they had beach toys for the kids and kitchen was stocked with the essentials to cook, like oils, spices, pots and pans. I would definitely stay here again

Great location, nice condo/apartment with ample space for a party of two or small family! Private gated pool/grill /seating area only open to 4 condo/apartments within the greater buildings. Building has some long term rentals so we felt that we had the pool to ourselves. Washer/dryer in unit. All appliances are new and well functioning. Quick walk to Atlantic ave. 5 min drive to the beach or anywhere else happening in Delray . Boca is about 15 mins, Ft Lauderdale 40 mins. The hosts were great!!

Tony was an excellent host. He communicated with me before my arrival to make sure I knew where to park When I arrived he helped me carry my bags up to his home. The home is immaculate. Tony described his neighborhood attractions to me and mentioned an excellent Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Although I had to leave earlier than planned, Tony helped me carry my bags down to my car. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

The host, Adam, went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience—from easy check-in to thoughtful little touches throughout the space. The house is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with cozy charm. Every detail, from the plush linens to the fully stocked kitchen, made us feel right at home. Our family rented the entire place (all 4 units) It was absolutely perfect. Each family had their own unit. The common area made it easy to hang out and relax without having to go far to do so. The location is absolutely perfect. It is walking distance to downtown Delray. We hope to be back next year!

Great location - close to diving, beach & great restaurants, the space was very clean & beds were comfortable- we really enjoyed the pool in the evening- loved this place had a great weekend get away & we we’re I’ll be back again!!!
