Vacation rentals with a patio in Singapore River

A beautifully designed home that really sets the holiday mood! I loved the decor and everything was in working order. The bed was super comfortable, and the lighting was just right. It's about a 15–20 minute drive to Aeon Tebrau and other shops, with minimal traffic. The only downside was the tricky entry to the parking area, and the guard wasn’t very helpful when I asked for directions. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for the next trip!

Stayed at this place with 3 different generations. Had an extremely comfortable stay. The host put a lot of thought into creating a place for adults and children to get together and have fun. Attractive play tent for kids and Mahjong for the adults. Exceeded my expectations.

The accommodation was worth the money. The stay was great, all the amenities were provided as per listed. Host is responsive so all enquiries and helped was answered swiftly. Would stay here again definitely giving it a 10/10. Appreciate the great stay, thanks for having me!

The place was clean and neat. The check in was easy and fuss free. There was a video on how to get to the place and get the key card. Just follow the instructions and got to the place. My kids and parents loved the place. Only complaint was that as there were 7 of us staying there for 4 days, there was not enough trash bags and toilet paper to use. The owner also provided another key card as there were so many of us. Apart from that, the whole experience was an enjoyable one and my kids would like to come again.

Location in the middle of all the action. Lala hotpot directly downstairs. Ktv across the road. Good base to explore Mount Austin. Of cos with so many things happening around and especially over a busy weekend stay, can hear a lot of loud cars and loud motorbikes from the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, you may get woken up. The curtains if able to change bigger to fully cover outside light will be good. Pillows have seen better days but still alright. However I really appreciate that the whole place was very clean! Spotless floor and not dusty. Clean bedsheets and towel. Good and strong air con. Shower has good pressure and good temperature control. I would recommend this place for people who want to stay out late around the area and wants a place to stay for the night.

We had an amazing stay at this unit! It is huge and beautifully designed — it comfortably fit our group of 12 without ever feeling cramped. Everything we needed was provided: plenty of towels, toiletries, dishwashing supplies, and eating utensils, which made our stay so convenient. The view from the unit is absolutely stunning. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Communication with the hosts was prompt and smooth from start to finish.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

The Reborn house was the perfect accommodation for our JB trip getaway. It was situated minutes away from Midvalley Southkey mall and Taman Sentosa, so it was very convenient to reach good food and play. The children had fun playing in the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. We felt safe as the neighborhood was well protected by security. Overall, a very fun stay for our family and friends!

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

We had a lovely stay at this cozy 1-bedroom unit. The space is well-furnished and thoughtfully laid out, making it very comfortable. The view from the higher floor was fantastic, really added to the relaxed, peaceful vibe of the place. Location-wise, it’s perfect for us, just a stone’s throw from Paradigm Mall, which made shopping incredibly convenient. The building itself offers nice amenities, including a pool, a small playground, and a tiny gym. Security was friendly and helpful, and everything felt safe and well-managed throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the TV remote, which could be more user-friendly. But overall, a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.
