Cozy house in a small village. There is a nice enclosed garden with a cozy terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Located 4 km from Skiveren Strand, 7 km from Tversted and 29 km from Skagen. On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

There is no television. The house is heated with a wood stove. Electricity meter is read at the start and at departure. No smoking in the house.

The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.
