Our time at 37 Green Way Drive was nothing short of perfection. The villa is beautifully designed with modern touches, immaculate cleanliness, and breathtaking views of the beautiful blue ocean. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and ending the day with a vibrant sunset from the terrace was an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy with the keys left in a secure lockbox, and all the information we needed was clearly provided. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and helpful local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations!!

Fantastic place and location!

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. His well equipped apartment is located in Maho Beach, one of the best spots in St. Maarten. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea, the pool, and the island’s famous attraction—the nearby airport—where you can watch planes land right before your eyes. We'll certainly come back!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! Just returned from our stay and we had an amazing time. The condo is very spacious. Washer and dryer is a must when you visit the beach. We used Mary Boon loungers and umbrella while enjoying drinks and appetizers. There were loungers and umbrellas available but was easier to walk down and sit on the ones already set up :) It was just two of us so was more space than we needed. Would recommend bringing house shoes due to travertine flooring throughout.

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

We just finished our stay at Blue Sanctuary at indigo bay and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living spaces were laid out very well. The highlight for us were the two sliding glass walls that open up to allow an open air feel to the first floor and the private pool and patio. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Indigo bay was extremely quiet and gorgeous with lovely sand and calm waves. We would definitely love to return to the same property in the future. Most highly recommended!!!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

Joe was extremely helpful, with accommodating, recommendations, and very responsive. His place felt like home, location was perfect and fast walk to mullet bay. The room was clean well equipped with all your needs. I would definitely stay here every time I visit. Thank you Joe

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

Had a fantastic time at Kim’s place, it was perfect in every way. Walkable distance to everything we needed. Loved watching all the sailboats and yachts coming and going. The deck facing the marina is where we spent most mornings and evenings. Highly recommend 😊

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

The place was exactly as described. Clean , adequate for two and a great location. It was an easy 7-10 minute walk to the main strip and 10-15 minutes to Maho beach. I had only one minor issue and that was the shower. The pressure was great but I believe the temperature was metered , therefore the water went from cool to warm to extremely hot. This added an additional 5 minutes to my shower because I had to wait until the temperature cycled around to hot. The host Bisera was always available before and during our arrival. Fortunately for us we had no issues that arose during our stay so we didn’t need to contact her. I would definitely recommend this place and no doubt I would stay again. Thank you Bisera for providing a wonderful home away from home!

We loved the apartment! We ended up staying there twice, on either end of a timeshare week, and it was perfect. It's a great location and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach! We didn't end up using any appliances but it was nicely stocked with dishes and pots if you needed them. We would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place even better in person

The home was spotless and in a very good location, it was in walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. Patrick met us at check in and showed us around and how to use everything. He gave us information on restaurants and activities. He was extremely helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!
