Waterfront vacation rentals in Simon's Town

When we arrived, we went to the wrong place and Graham came to collect us - he even helped and carried some of the bags. The apartment is stunning. Overlooking the sea - what a view! I can't wait to go back because I was not disappointed. By the way - the security lady was so helpful.. Graham is a gem as he kept on checking how we were doing..

Enjoyed my stay with my family

We had a fantastic time staying at Andrew's place! The apartment was beautifully, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. I did encounter a few issues on arrival but they were resolved swiftly and the communication throughout was perfect. Andrew and Lauren were very accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Your apartment was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really appreciated your quick responses. You clearly put a lot of thought into making your guests feel welcome, and it showed. I'd highly recommend you to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience. We can't wait to come back.

The views are great Apartment is spacious and great Very clean and a very safe location. The views of Bo-Kaap and Table Mountain are unmatched.

Second time, and realized coming back coz I loved the location so much. The apartment is just so laid back and comfy. Big balcony to enjoy a drink or people watching, and BBQ

Views... unbelievable. Better than what the photos suggest. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and safe. Check in was stress free. Information about the apartment is plentiful and makes for a stay where you are not guessing about anything. We didn't really explore the local area - there is a supermarket about 200m up the street. You can also walk safely along the beach near Milnerton Lighthouse. We found the area to be an easy distance to drive in an out of the CBD/Waterfront area daily.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days whilst working remotely. The surrounding area was great for a pre-work walk and coffee, and there was plenty of restaurants and bars for post-work. The house was lovely, very clean and with good facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Words cannot describe how much I loved this stay!!! We’ve been traveling for 7 months and have stayed in something like 20 Airbnbs. This one is hands down my favorite!!! Here are some of the reasons why it gets our 5 stars: The cohosts were extremely friendly, proactive and assessable! There were so many small extras that made this stay excellent: beach towels, extra linens, food storage containers, sharp knives, extra cutting boards, adorable crockery. The list goes on. Each piece of furniture was lovingly selected by the talented owners, who have excellent style. It’s a vintage lovers dream! Nothing put together with an Allen wrench in this rental! It’s all quality furniture and beautiful fabrics. I appreciated every stunning detail and the unique art. In short if this rental is available, book it now!! We will definitely be back!! ❤️

We both really enjoyed our stay, we found the accommodation very comfortable in a great location. Loved the bifold doors in the upper lounge area and the views across the valley. We had everything we needed to ensure our time there really enjoyable. We would highly recommend Michela.s funky place and hope to return in years to come.

Louis's cottage was immaculate and exactly what we needed for the weekend. He's done some lovely alterations to the cottage and it's filled with personal photographs of the beautiful Cape. He communicated well with us, and we knew exactly what to expect. The beds were comfy and the place spotless. I especially loved having a washing machine and tumble dryer available - THANK YOU! Walking to the beach with my morning coffee was such a treat. We'll ba back! :-)

Any amazing and very modern space. Very few AirBnB look just like the photos and this place surpassed theirs. The privacy of the bedrooms with such an open concept was great and the outdoor garden terrace and rooftop was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

The second you step into the house you feel like home and back into your childhood. Fells like your grandparents house, in a more than positive way! The terrace is unbelievable, the views, the waves and the access to the beach! The bbq, the kitchen, you have everything you need and more! Francis is awesome and helps you with anything you might need! We loved everything!!!!

The property is amazing with great views and a convenient and safe location. It had tons of space for our family of 6. Ryan and Julie are excellent hosts - very responsive, accomodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

this house was all we were hoping for - and then some more - for a quick family getaway weekend. breathtaking location, stunning home, sea view, modern yet comfortable, all amenities one could hope for, it felt like home away from home. johan was extremely communicative and helpful throughout.

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.

Beautiful house,Lesley was responsive...so much to do in Capetown.We enjoyed our stay..The bed was comfortable.

There aren't enough words of appreciation for Liz and her team for taking care of me and my mother during our stay. The home was welcoming, looked like the pictures, clean, and it had all we needed. The location was perfect. You have all the restaurants and shopping within walking distance because we were on the harbor. I forgot some clothing in the closet when we checked out, and the cleaning staff were so honest and let Liz know. Liz made arrangements to make sure I received my belongings. This shows the kindness and integrity of her and the staff. I would highly recommend staying here!
