Car is recommended, parking is provided, bus stop is a 3-minute walk

3 km from Aubagne and its santonniers, 30 minutes from Aix-en-Pce and its historic center, 30 minutes from Marseille and Mucem, 30 minutes from Cassis and its Calanques and 20 minutes from La Ciotat and beaches, our small Provençal house of 35 m2 is comfortable and cozy, with its parking, its loggia, its pretty shaded garden of 1000 m2 and its breathtaking view of the hills. Located opposite the site of La Font de Mai you can also discover all the hiking trails of Pagnol around Garlaban .

Quiet accommodation with pool near Aix Marseille

Carole and Benjamin offer you a new accommodation, in a very quiet environment with access to the swimming pool in season (not privatizable) that can accommodate 3 guests. Simiane is central and allows you to come for a business trip as well as to visit the area! Aix-en-Provence is 15 minutes away and Marseille is 20 minutes away! You can access the Calanques of Cassis in 45 minutes, the pretty villages of Luberon in 1 hour, and the beautiful beaches of the Côte Bleue in 30 minutes.

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Independent 23 m² studio in villa located 20 minutes from the sea, Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, 300 m walk to Simiane-Collongue train station. The accommodation includes a main room with a double bed, TV, washing machine, small equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge), shower room with toilet. A small outdoor area allows you to dine outside. Pets allowed upon prior request and for a fee.

sur le haut de Bouc Bel Air , venez profiter du calme à 10 mn d'Aix en Provence et 25 mn de Marseille et des plages de la côte bleue dans un grand T3 confortable et bien équipé. la véranda donne sur la pinède et le vieux village. deux chambres confortables avec accès direct sur la terrasse. un véhicule est nécessaire car il n'y a qu'un bus qui va vers Aix ou vers Gardanne à proximité de la maison .
